We received our bathroom wall and ceiling panels within a week of ordering ( sent from England to northern Ireland) and these were installed around 2 weeks ago when we fitted our new bathroom. They look so good, at a fraction of the price seen in retailers here. They were as described, the area calculator on the site was accurate and they were easy to install. Would recommend!

Good value product, fast delivery.

I was looking to order some panels and saw DBS advertising next day delivery (to most of UK) which was ideal as I didn't want to have to store the panels prior to a job. I called to double check if this was true, for my area needed, and was told my area was OK.

I then placed the order (later than planned as I was relying on the next day delivery), whilst double checking about the next day delivery, numerous times. The order was put through and payment made only for me to receive a message later in the day (whilst I was on a day off) saying the delivery would take 3 - 5 working days and blaming the courier! Apparently no other courier could help due to the weight of the product which I subsequently also found out was untrue as they are light plastic!

This company have "next day delivery" plastered at the top of their website. They do clearly state not to start work until you have the panels in case of any issues - fair enough! However, what they don't point out is that you shouldn't order from them at all unless you are prepared to run the risk of being let down at the last minute! I have now had to move the whole job and leave everyone without work for the week.

Avoid like the plague, I really wish I had!

Quick delivery and speedy replacement of an item that arrived damaged. The wall panels were far less expensive than another brand we looked at, but we were extremely happy with the quality. Our fitter was impressed too, and the panels have transformed the look of our shower cubicle. My only other comment would be that the colour "white shimmer" actually looks pale grey now they are up. Not a problem for us as we planned to paint the rest of the room pale grey anyway.

Our order for ceiing panels was delivered within 2 days, as promised. When a cutting error meant that I had to order one extra panel, even though I phoned and ordered after 2pm, the replacment was delivered before noon the following day. And with a very reasonable delivery charge. Brilliant customer service, and the ceiling looks great!!

I have ordered panels 16 panel 8 trims item code was SKU WAG5 firstly its been just 4 panel which was broken then call them and send them pic by email the lady over the phone confirmed all order will be delivered tomorrow and will re-record also same they they asked me some panel details to send them but I didn’t know what was details needs do i have give them call and give my order number over the phone she said ok see you tomorrow for delivery.same day the guy has delivered 12 panel and day after delivered trims but no body collect broken one and have send 4 missing panel and call them Friday (14/10/24) the lady who is answered phone name was Kate she said your order will be delivered today it hasn’t
By the way while whole this happening my job paused,cant finishing job also my customer not happy about it
And its been weekend they are closed
Monday called them ask for my panel again Kate and her manager talk to me “ keep asking for panels number which has been provided over the phone to Kate and keep says you haven’t replied emails which i have call instead how ever say I haven’t replied emails how come Kate was saying your order on the way Friday?

The board is excellent and well packaged. Good quality. Reasonable price. Reason for only 4 stars is that I paid for next day delivery and tracking stated expected by 5pm but only turned up after 7pm, by which time my tradesperson had left. The driver was very friendly and helpful though. More realistic timescales for delivery need to be given.
