We ran into an issue where the manufacturer provided incorrect advice about a part fitting my BMW, only to discover that it actually didn’t. Despite the situation being outside of DC Prestige’s control, Matt was stellar throughout the entire process. He worked with me to find a solution that was fair for everyone and kept me informed every step of the way.
It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. I really appreciated Matt’s professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile. I’ll definitely keep DC Prestige in mind for any future BMW parts and upgrades. Highly recommended!

I ordered headlights for my car website…
I ordered headlights for my car website said was in stock a few days later received a phone call to say that the headlights that were in stock were damaged ( even though the website says still in stock) and they were expecting more stock early this week it’s now Thursday and I phoned them to find out what’s going on and they still have not received them. (Website still says they have stock) I was told I’d get a refund but haven’t received that as of yet.

The Company was very very apologetic about the mix up and there customer service has been outstanding

Hi Chris, thank you for your patience and for updating your review. We’re genuinely very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused with your headlight order.
Unfortunately, the last set we had available was found to be damaged before dispatch, and we didn’t want to send you a product that wasn’t up to our high standards. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been.
There was also a mix-up with the stock display on the website, although our internal stock information was correct, and we’re sorry for any confusion this caused. As soon as you requested a refund, this was processed straight away.
We’re very sorry that your experience wasn’t as smooth as it should have been, and we really appreciate your understanding and your kind comments about how we handled the situation. We hope we can have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

The experience using the website was great, finding the part I needed was easy and the price was competitive.
However the tracking facility was not great as I was unable to track my delivery, I emailed for an update, got a response assuring me of an update the following day and no response. Not the best customer service.

Royal Mail had sent tracking updates directly by email and text, but we completely appreciate that these may not always be seen or received as expected. By the time you contacted us and we checked the tracking from our side, your parcel was already out for delivery.
We do apologise that we didn’t follow up with you again as promised. we could see that the parcel had been successfully delivered, but we appreciate that we should still have come back to you with an update. We’ll take this feedback on board and use it to improve our communication going forward.

This company has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. About a week after ordering my product still hadn’t been sent, apparently there was some issue with a third party warehouse, so I reached out to DC Prestige and they replied within two hours and fixed the issue within a day. After that the product arrived surprisingly quickly and has been working amazingly.

Excellent customer service.
Had braided brake lines fitted to both my Porsche 996 and Honda DC5 while the cars were in for servicing at DC Prestige. Everything was done at the same time which made it really convenient. The work was carried out properly and the service was excellent from start to finish. The team clearly know their stuff and take pride in what they do. Can’t fault them and will definitely be back again.
