Worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered 2 sets 7 months ago, last year. I still haven’t received anything or even a reply. Won’t even give me a refund. Such a scam company!!!

I never got my product. I ordered it December 29th and it’s February 9th.
I’ve emailed them sometime in early January and have received no response.

garbage company. Still haven't received my order. It's been 6 weeks. No response to any email. Don't toss your money way dealing with this asshat of a company.

I think this is an abandoned website. The only responses I got from multiple emails sent were automated, letting me know that someone would get back to me within a couple days. That never happened. Months later, i still haven’t received any response or any updated tracking info. And obviously nothing was delivered. I am currently attempting to get my money back through PayPal.

Its been a month and have not received my purchase

DO NOT ORDER. Ordered a dress on Nov 27th for my daughter. They didn't send any tracking information. Sent an email to customer service on Dec 26 because I still hadn't received it. No response. Sent another email 2 weeks later. No response. Luckily I paid through PayPal, so I launched a dispute through them and received a refund through PayPal yesterday. This company takes your money and the Ghosts you. Do not buy! You've been warned.

Ordered beginning of December, still no despatch notice. Have emailed numerous times and all have been ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE

My order hasn't turned up, I've received no tracking info,
I've had no confirmation it has even been shipped,

I've tried contacting ddlgworld via their "contact us" zendesk email 3 times and had no response.

Yet my money was still taken.
I can understand delays, but the lack of customer service is a bit ridiculous.

Is zero an option? Never received order and no customer service.

It's been a month, still waiting on my package. No updates or anything.scam probably.

I have attempted to contact seller 4 times by email & once by social media. No response.

Would not recommend anyone even consider to order with this website. At this point I'm convinced this is a scam site.

Ordered over 2 months ago and still yet to be dispatched. Shame as this used to be a nice shop that I used to purchase from but definitely wont be purchasing again.

I ordered my parcel on 3rd December. Have not had any contact since. I sent many emails and messages on other social media platforms to this company for updates and did not receive anything back. I feel totally ripped off. This company took my money and sent nothing

Don't waist your time. I never got My package two almost 3 months later. Tried emailing and no answer. Had to file a charge back on my card. Just don't waist your money or time on this place

The product that I've gotten was a tad bit different, instead of the socks that was in the description of the picture there was another design of socks that I've gotten when it came from the mail, It does fit me really nice thought, but I'm not that upset cause either way they did look very cute and the design was cute anyways so I'm not plaining on returning it, but yea, thanks for sending this to me, :,3

I did not get my item. I did not get a response from customer service after two attempts. I need to figure out how to get a refund.
