If there was a 0 I'd leave it. I really wished I'd read more of the reviews. If you are for one minute thinking about buying something from them, run, don't walk away from them. The clothes you see are NOT the clothes you'll get. They are all cast off of cheap polyester material and the sizes are not the correct sizes. I am an absolute large, which I ordered but the sizes are more of a sm-med. They are awful. I think that Just Fashion Now, just added a new knock off company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

TERRIBLE experience. Would give no stars if I could. I ordered several items from the online site, and received two about three weeks late - the jeans were child size and the top was not what I ordered. I emailed customer service to cancel the rest of my order as I figured this company SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. They cancelled the rest of my order and said if I wanted to be refunded for the two incorrect items that THEY wrongly shipped to me, that I would need to send them pictures of the items (obviously didn't believe me) and that I would have to pay the shipping which was close to $30. Poor customer service. I asked several times for a full refund as well as shipping costs as it was THEIR error, but they refused to reimburse me for the shipping costs. Awful company and don't waste your time or money. They will be out of business soon I am sure.

I placed an order the first week of Christmas, I finally received the pants to the suit in late January and I never received the matching top. It was a Christmas suit. The pants did fit, but did not look like it did in the catalog

DO NOT WASTE your money! Items were all small. Tried to return. Took weeks to hear back from them. Instructions said to send package to China at my expense to return. Postage rates went $68 to $150 !!! Insane! Website says how great and friendly their customer service is. BEWARE! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I am usually someone who reads reviews to decide to order something. For some reason on a whim I was very enamored with several of the tops that I saw on this website and ordered five. It took well over a month to finally receive them and I must say OMG these are the worst facsimiles of clothing that I have ever seen. Things that appear to have lace are painted. there's not a piece of lace on these. it is painted. one piece of clothing had a had a seam that caught the fabric and gathered it up in the back. one was supposed to
be a small that looked like it could fit easily a large. everything, everything is a piece of crap. please read the reviews and don't be like me because now I'm going to have to deal with getting my money back and paying them more money.

I ordered 9 items 10-30-22, I received 3 in November, another 3 in December and 2 in January! I sent numerous emails about where my order was, and their only response was to say due to covid, only 1 shipment a month, or they could refund my money! I said no I wanted the items. Then the last item I kept sending emails as to where it was and on 2/22/23, they said it was lost in transit!! And would refund my money, $18.49!! I paid back in Oct. of 22! My refund of $17.35, not the correct amount!! Which is supposed to be done by the 5th of March. I am not holding my breath. Don't ever buy from Dearonces!! Oh, and the sizes, I don't know what kind of tape measure they use, but it is very, very small. I ordered sizes two times larger than I normally wear, they fit.

Shirts I ordered took weeks to arrive. When they did they were very thin and cheap material. Sizes were not accurate. Tried to find out how to get a refund. They told me to send them back to China with me paying all shipping costs. I also called their number which is non existent. So I guess I'm stuck. My understanding when ordering was that they were coming from California. Don't order from them!

I will never order from this company again. I placed an order for seven items. I received one item which was nothing that I ordered. I asked to have my entire order canceled and they have sent me an email five times telling me my refund is in process. I paid $99 and have not received a darn thing except for a top that I did not order. This company sucks big-time.

Horrible. Will never order from them again. I bought 7 items on December 15, 2022. By February 10th, 2023 I have only received two. One of which is too big, and the other too small (same size though). I contacted them and asked for a refund for the items that have not been sent, and they just said they would send them and cannot be returned. Materials for the two items that I received were cheap, and cannot be returned. Amazon beats these guys any time. Never again.

This is a fraudulent company. The company sent me 3 of the same shirt; and not what I ordered. The sleeves were sewn incorrectly, and I could not get my arms into any of them. The shirts online looked lovely, but this is definitely a way of defrauding Americans since the items are junk. I’m going to see if I can get my credit card’s bank to return my payment, and tell the bank to stop processing orders from this company; please do the same with your credit card bank. Also, there is no phone number listed to contact the company to complain.

Bought 3 tops last fall. One never received and NO refund.
Second top received size small when XXL ordered. Never received refund. No received correct size.
Last top received and in size ordered. Tops run EXTREMELY small to size.
In total ZERO tops wearable and ZERO REFUNDS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The blouse I bought was poor quality and had a black streak across the back. After getting the refund info I went to the PO and since it came from China it would cost me $18.79 to mail it back the cheapest way possible. That was about what I paid for the blouse to begin with. Don't be fooled. I will never by anything from Dearonces again. Expensive lesson learned. Don't waste you time or money on this scam company.

I ordered about $100 of merchandise. Everything was too small, even the shoes. When I contacted the company to return/replace with larger size, I was told I have to return the items to CHINA. As of yet, I have not got to find out how much it's going to cost to return the crap to China, but I imagined it will be a lot. Beware people, if it doesn't fit, you're stuck

This is a fraud who also operates under Bea Cloths.
Ordered item which was print out (dress ordered and advertised had feather and sequins- this was a print out on a piece of material).
I cannot go back to the website I ordered from as now deactivated.
When I emailed them they advised I could return item to below address which I google search and found the same address provided for Dearonce customers here. So fraudulent company operating under different names! Beware!

I should have done my homework. My bank sent me an email asking if my payment was made by me. Ordered 2 pairs of boots. Cannot complain about shipping time. Received them promptly and they fit well. They are not however the boots as shown. Live & Learn. Had I known they were coming from China I would NOT have ordered.

I agree with all the negative comments regarding this company, I have to accept some of the blame for not checking the ratings before I placed my order. I bought the items for a Christmas gathering, but Christmas has come and gone and the items came today. 1/20/2023. Also, the sizes are not true, a size large is actually size small. I requested a refund before my items arrived and was hoping the package would give refund instructions, but of course it didn’t. Really disappointed, but learned a valuable lesson.

So, I was just about to order something when I sensed, let me read the reviews. I'm so glad I did. With this many negative reviews and the little drops of positive reviews that may or may not be actual customers, I'd say DON'T DO IT! I mean these companies that show up of the right side of your screen when you are reading your email, pay for advertising, which they can clearly afford because the rip so many people off (My opinion). Anyway, I would say you might pay more from a reputable store, but you get what you pay for, right? At least you can return it and most of the time they will pay the shipping! A word to the wise is sufficient, is what my mom used to say. I'm just sayin'

i will never purchase anything from this company again! These pictures of items are not what you actually receive the fabric is poor quality. Designs on poor quality fabric is a poor silk screen on fake deimn. Please do not purchase anything from this site no one is available to talk to nor to get a refund

Thank you for the warning everyone, but we checked this too late. The ads look very similar to Cotsen, Temu, and Kalesafe. Are all these the same company? Sounds like it from reading the reviews. My wife was fooled by this Chinese company. Based on a past experience, we do not expect to receive what we ordered. Credit card companies are just as much to blame for these experiences as the scamming companies. We did not know we were ordering from China until the charge went through, and we received notification from the credit card company after the fact. It is not right that the credit card companies still allow charges to go through when there are this many bad reviews. Shame on Master Card and VISA. You should be protecting your customers from this!

Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. It took close to two months to get the dress I ordered. Once it arrived, it was much poorer quality than the one in the picture, and it was three sizes too small. When I asked for an exchange, they told me no. When I demanded a refund, they said they could only do 30% of what I paid and that they wouldn’t cover shipping or any international charges. I’m still battling it out with them to get my money back. Total scam.
