Beware of this company! They contacted me using scare tactics, falsely claiming that I was a victim of identity theft and that they were calling from a “credit reporting agency.” Their story then changed, and they claimed to be part of a national network of attorneys. Based on my experience, their representations were highly suspicious and misleading. I believe this company, Debt Support Pros, is engaging in deceptive practices while charging consumers’ credit cards. Be extremely cautious, verify their claims independently, and do your research before giving them any personal or financial information.

I was interested in potentially entering a relationship with this company until I was fraudulently presented a blank document that I was told would expedite the process if I decided to go forward. I signed an undated document and then contacted them to advise them that they were not authorized to charge anything to my Credit Card. I contacted them on 7/19. My credit card was charged $15007.21 on 7/20 and I immediately contacted them to advise them to cancel the charge as I was not going forward with them. They created fraudulent documents and with no contract in hand and have charged my credit card over $15,000. I have tried contacting them but they have no phone number associated with the company. I’ve spoken to Marissa and she understood that I was not going forward with the company. The only telephone number I have is a residential number in CA, they are in AZ. The alleged fee is for legal counsel which I never received?
They processed me like I was a customer after repeatedly putting in writing that I would not be.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM!
