Deckingpaint is a weird company.
A couple of days ago, Saturday 22nd February, I put an item in the basket but then realised I didn't want to continue with the order so emptied the basket. Imagine my surprise the next morning, when I found an email (actually sent @ 23.04 on 22nd) headed: "Your Paint is NOT on its way!" and going on to say it looked like I'd left some items in my basket. So I went to their website, through the link in the email, in order to remove the item, thinking I must have not actually removed it. When I got to the webpage it was the paying page (of course!) and there was no way to get to the basket to remove the item myself. I then replied to the email @ 07.21 on 23rd, asking Deckingpaint to remove the item as I was unable to do it and also to remove me from their database.
A few hours later, I found my original Deckingpaint tab still open on my computer and guess what ... I had indeed removed the item the day before - the basket was empty all along.
Yesterday evening @ 19.04, I received another email headed: ”Expiring Cart!” Still saying they’d noticed I added some great choices to my cart!! There is something of Big Brother about all of this in my opinion.
Are Deckingpaint just .... DESPERATE!!
Having seen how many one star reviews there are here, I think they might well be!

Scam - steer clear. Ordered fence paint, waited 10 days - no goods and no communication. Sent an email which was ignored, called them the next day and was told item damaged in transit, no one bothered to tell me! Offered replacement or refund, went for refund but 7 working days later still no refund. Have sent a further email. If no refunded in 24 hours then it will be Trading Standards and reporting to bank and possibly Police as a fraudulent company. Steer clear, this company is fake.

Delivery left on porch steps in the rain so consequently package was soaking wet and difficult to pick up also tins were buckled it looks like they had been dropped
