Always excellent service from ordering to delivery. I have never experienced any delays which can sometimes happen with the promise of ‘next day delivery’.

Awful service. My order arrived ruptured and leaking everywhere because of their terrible transit/packaging. I salvaged what I could into an open box, but customer service has completely refused to issue a refund unless I professionally repackage exploded liquid paint for them! Over 15 emails back and forth and they are completely ignoring Section 21 of the Consumer Rights Act. I have reported them to Citizens Advice/Trading Standards and am now forcing a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this company at all costs.
THE REPLY!!!! This has been discussed incessantly for seven days in endless communication. Next Day Paint have photographs, the paint has been PACKAGED and put in a plastic container and waterproof bags even provided.
Simple full refund take away this mess! £516.26…. AVOID unless you want to be out of pocket and have a headache

For anyone lucky enough to read this review before purchasing any products from "next day paint" please do yourself a massive favour and visit your local paint shop or decorating centre instead!

I'm a professional painter and decorator, i use 10s of litres in paint each week for reference - and the best advice i can give and DIY enthusiast reading this is... don't get wrapped up in the horrible service and experience these guys provide before you've even started painting! Be aware once you've ordered you will never get a refund!

I have ordered over 15 times with this company and its been progressively going downhill, from exploded tins of paint, poorly mixed colour matches and finally a week late order when paying for "next day delivery"

I rang customer service to ask where my order was and was met with a complete lack of care and poor attitude from both female staff members who have since complained that i included their names so for the purposes of this review i will refer to them as "H" and her manager "J" instead. i work in the trade and provide their products to potentially hundreds of customers over my 30 year career ahead and they find it laughable and insulting that my paint is a week late? I'm only trying to get the job done and feed my family after all!

anyway rant over but will certainly not be a repeating customer going forward and would always visit my local decorating instead in the future - not sure why i ever traded my Highstreet for clowns like this with no backbone to treat their customers with dignity.

Didn’t arrive next day. Also didn’t arrive for 2/3 weeks. Now saying they can’t refund me. Don’t buy from them. For context I live in London. So delivery is regular.

An excellent company, but the best way to buy from them is to buy in bulk because of the cost of delivery would outweigh the benefits of the price of paint I order once a year the amount I need for the whole year for all paints their delivery is excellent. Their service excellent would recommend them any day.

Last order was two tins of tinted water based Zinsser Allcoat, no problem. This time two 2.50 tins of Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt in different tints. Both tins had lumps of unmixed white tinter which cost me a lot of time on a priced job.

You don’t even know if you’ve found them all until the coat dries, and I did give both tins a solid mix with a drill mounted mini mixing paddle. I’ve been decorating for over 25 years and have seen this before so recognise it. Either gone off/dried out tinter or lack of mixing at the tinting machine.

Good price and next day delivery. Brilliant service.
