Quick delivery.

Courier was courteous paint was ok, only gripe was the paint was advertised for £46+ and was told it was free delivery but at check out the total was £49+ the extra was postage and packaging surely this should have been indicated in the first price

Price and delivery time were great, however one of the pots of stain was insecure, and consequently some of the contents had spilled out into the packaging. As I required the stain to complete a project, I cleaned and continued to use the stain. Fortunately, not much of the contents was lost, and was contained in the outer plastic wrapping.

Product arrived bashed and leaking. Outer boxes were perfect so obviously packed in poor condition. Promised a rebate but nothing. Won't deal with again

Well considering I contacted you before ordering to ensure it was actually the advertised "fence life" paint that you were selling, to which you said it was, and then I was sent different "protector" stainer can you expect a good review? Also add to that the fact two weeks later I am still waiting on a refund for packages that were returned using your organised return courier, I have no choice but to leave 1 star.

Now closing in on three weeks since order was incorrectly sent and I still have no refund. They arranged collection through DX which I sent proof of pick up / labels etc and still they say it's not arrived and won't issue refund until it does. DX are just as useless as decking paint are with trying to get information or response from!!

After first order was damaged in transit. Replacement sent promptly. Great service and a great price.

Paint is cheaper than anywhere local and delivery was within 2
working days

Emailed request for order to be cancelled 10mins after it was placed but the paint was still delivered.

Ordered some paint in plenty of time for when required. 3 days after expected delivery date I had to reach out by email to them to find out where paint was, they replied stating if I hadn't had it by now to assume lost in transit and did I want a refund. I said yes to a refund but then the paint turned up randomly 2 days later! I had to return this at my own expense as i had purchased and used alternative paint locally and i have a proof of delivery for 3 weeks ago the paint being returned but still waiting for my refund. They are a bunch of time wasters and cowboys trying to lose me in company process to avoid paying my refund! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
