Fastest delivery I’ve ever had!!👍👍 However your customer service needs to improve by10X👎👎. I have emailed 4 times and called 2 times for the last 4-6 days trying to get a return label so I can return misordered merchandise. I have no problem paying for shipping myself. How difficult can it be to fill in some blanks on the computer and email me the return label so as I can return the merchandise and get this matter resolved.

Received a phone call today from DecoNovo and also received the return label!! Will be returning merchandise tomorrow.

Beautiful light pink transparent curtains for my living room. They came quick and well wrapped. They fit perfectly even though I thought they would be too long but weren’t. They were 45” in length and serve as café curtains.

Ordered pillows & they’re perfect. Ordered them in different color & u notified me that it’s out of stock. Tks

I think the curtains are great. They are well made and very cute. Great prices too. I will probably only shop here for my curtains

I got what I paid for and it came when I was told it would.

I ordered the dark gray, black out curtains with the silver thread design. I'm really happy with how they look with my new flooring and painted walls. Thank you.

I realized that Bed, bath and beyond would not be there any longer. Looking for another option so I asked google and found this company, very much in love with these curtains they are black out such a beautiful blue, ands soft a perfect match. I will check them out in the future and very affordable!!!

Wrong curtains, not thermal blackout as advertised. I will be returning for a refund.

Her review had nothing to do with the terrific quality of Deconovo products and outstanding customer service...like giving away $10 bucks for a whiney review from someone who expects something for nothing.

The color sky blue blackout curtains are not sky blue, but sage green.

The quality of products & the delivery was quick.

The drapes were good quality and fas delivery. However had to return and cost $27 non refundable.

The curtains are good but they're not upfront about their promotional offers. They offered a $10 off voucher for a review then after issuing the voucher said it was only valid with a $40 minimum purchase. Wish they had specified the minimum purchase amount upfront.
