J'ai commandé (sur manomano) deux rideaux chez DECONOVO le 29 janvier, le 10 février j'ai envoyé un premier mail au vendeur en lui disant que je souhaitais renvoyer l'article (dimensions non adéquates) avec remboursement (renvoi dans le délai de rétractation).
Le vendeur m'a d'abord répondu qu'il était en vacances et qu'il allait s'en occuper à son retour, puis m'a envoyé un bon de retour en me disant ensuite qu'il ne fallait pas l'utiliser puis finalement un autre le 26 février.
J'ai renvoyé l'article le 10 mars avec suivi qui indique que le vendeur l'a reçu le 13 mars
N'ayant toujours pas eu le remboursement le 4 avril j'ai relancé le vendeur qui m'a répondu le lendemain qu'ils étaient à nouveau en vacances (!) et qu'ils allaient s'en occuper dimanche (donc le 7 avril).
Aujourd'hui 17/04 je n'ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement et le vendeur ne répond plus ...

I absolutely love my custom curtains. They are the perfect size and the material is so soft! It is blocking out the sun 100% and makes the room so cozy. It took about 10 days for the curtains to come which is pretty fast considering theyre custom made. I really love them a lot!!

No refund, the return policy is abhorrent.

My curtains arrived exactly as described and faster than expected. They're the perfect color, length, and width for my windows and room. I truly couldn't be happier with them. The buying experience was extremely easy, too.

YOU SENT ME THE WRONG BATH RUD AND WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID I HAD TO FILE A COMPLIANT ON YOUER WEBSIT TO MUCH TROUBL FOR ME WILL NOT PUCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM DECONOVO.

We received our order within 5 days of the purchase date. The curtains were good quality and looked just as pictured on the website. We returned them because they did not go with our decor the way we had hoped.
Customer service was very prompt and gracious when dealing with our questions and the whole return process went very smoothly so far. We are anticipating receiving a prompt refund as well. Based on our experience I would highly recommend Deconovo.

Multiple orders placed ended up being out of stock so we had to choose other options several times.

Je vous déconseille fortement ce site, ce sont es produits bas de gamme. Le SAV est inexistant, suite une erreur de leur part sur la commande, c'est impossible de les joindre. Attention, le numéro donné sur le site internet n'existe pas !!! Donc seulement joignable par mail, et ils ne répondent pas. Vraiment EVITEZ CE SITE.

I absolutely love my curtains. No one has this style and I get many compliments on them. So much that one of my daughters wanted new bedroom curtains and wanted blackout, but didn't want a dark color for her bdrm. I bought a Beige color, and she LOVES them. I will be buying more for sure. Quality is right on point. It is true about the black out. The darker the curtain, the darker the black out. My living rm curtains are a Sky Blue. It definitely keeps the hot west sun from heating up my living rm BUT lets some light come through, same with her Beige curtains. We both are delighted with our curtains.
