I purchased some beautiful handles from Decor&Decor and couldn’t be happier with my experience. As a designer, I pay close attention to details, and these handles were the perfect finishing touch for my project. The quality exceeded my expectations—stylish, well-made, and built to last. Decor&Decor truly helped bring my design vision together. The entire shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable. Fantastic service from start to finish! A special mention to Verc from customer service, who was incredibly helpful — when I was deciding between two models, he kindly arranged for me to see a real product video, which made all the difference. I ended up replacing all my door handles and kitchen cabinet handles with products from Decor and Decor, and I couldn’t be happier. Their selection is truly impressive, with a huge variety of styles to suit every taste. Highly recommend!

I ordered three washable rugs of different sizes.
Only the smallest size was of a good quality and pattern design.
The two larger rugs is under average quality and shows uneven pattern design and not uniform lines. The pattern on the edging is not uniform neither.

After just three weeks of normal household use, the latch frequently sticks or fails to retract. Expensive for poor quality. Avoid!

Ordered product via B&Q marketplace but item received was a completely different colour and finish. Was advised that return would be £50 despite item not being as described. Ignored all requests for collection and are no longer responding. Avoid at all costs.

Scammers - AVOID!!! Bought an item off B&Q marketplace, incorrect item sent. Decoranddecor are now saying we have to pay £50 to return the item!!!!! Scammers!

I believe this to be a scam . When something is to good to be this cheap do your research When u order u receive something else like a bracelet bead . Be cautious

Very fast delivery and exactly what I ordered. Ordered some handles on Friday, received them on Monday. Came with screws to attach although no instructions but I’m sure it’s easy to figure out or find tutorials online.

After deciding I wanted a wallbed for my new home and doing lots and lots of research, I settled on Decor and Decor, as they include delivery and most importantly, installation. I had a few queries before I purchased which they were helpful with. After ordering, they rang me to book in installation and two weeks later, two gents arrived at my house just outside of Glasgow, ready to fit it. They were very efficient, tidy and respectful and got the wallbed installed in no time at all! I also ordered handles which were meant to come with the bed but one email, and they arrived the next day! I’m very impressed with the level of quality and service and have been telling all my friends, who now all want wall beds! Thank you D&D!

We ordered a Murphy bed from decor and decor and we were extremely impressed!! From the moment of ordering the communication was fabulous. When the gentleman arrived to install the bed, they were, polite, tidy and quick. Overall a great experience with a brilliant product, thank you

Ordered some red ,chrome and black door handles for kitchen units.when they arrived no black on them so e mailed.They replied it was shadow on pic .
I emailed back and was told id have to pay postage.!!!I stood ground and they did relent and said I could download return voucher in yet another email.
Hubby quite liked them so fitted as can't be bothered with hassel.
They are thin and I don't think will last .
My advice is buy elsewhere.poor quality and not what ordered .

The handles we purchased were great value for money. We had problems with the size of screws.
Customer service was amazing, every email was answered promptly and new screws were sent out on two occasions to help solve our problem. I would recommend this company to everyone.

So so impressed!! From placing the order right through to installation. We purchased a wall bed for our sitting room so guests can stay but we can fold it away the rest of the time. Communications were great - clear emails and every time I rang with a query I spoke to someone different and without fail they were all brilliant. The best part for us was the free installation service because reading reviews of other wall beds they seem notoriously tricky to build. The bed was delivered on time in a specific time slot, no waiting in all day, and the installers were lovely. We live in a cottage down steps and the sitting room is in the basement. Nothing daunted these guys! They were considerate with the tricky parking around Fulflood where we live and worked quickly and with minimal mess despite having to cut the bottom of the bed to fit over our massive Victorian skirting boards! The bed itself is a great design with pistons to make it easy to pull down and push back and when stored it is very unobtrusive. Thank you Decor and Decor and thank you to the lovely installers too! Very happy customer right here.

First item didn't arrive. They said replacement was sent. Didn't arrive in the allocated time slot and kept saying delivery driver was running late. Still waiting, with no communication from company. Poor communication from company and they use an horrendous courier service. Stay away!!! Would give them a ZERO if I could.

Poor service , no communication, did not deliver the handle I purchased. Will not refund as said failed delivery as said it was the incorrect delivery address. Really! They are awaiting return of item from the courier.
The item was not delivered by there courier and still expect me to pay for the item. Don't uses this company.
I purchase thousands of handle as run a kitchen company and never had a item not show.

Gorgeous handles, good prices. Ordered them on a Wednesday, they were delivered on the Friday.
