Unclear website equals wrong paint choice
I bought Hammerite "Direct to rust" metal paint to renovate a steel frame for a garden mirror. The website didn't explain clearly that the 400 ml option was a spray can. If it is explained it's easy to miss. I would not have bought the 400 ml if I had known this because spraying a frame of narrow metal bars will waste more paint than coats the metal..

After unsuccessfully negotiating your website I phoned your shop and got a very helpful young lady who explained you had to click on PAY before you completed name and address and delivery date details . I then placed an order for 2 5l tins of Sadolin Classic Ebony and they were delivered by dpd the next day. All very efficient.

Great price, paint received quickly. Only downside was when I tried to order more the product was out of stock and I had to go elsewhere, who weren’t as good.
