Ordered a large wooden Koi Chandelier. Because of size and fragility, was not able to get express shipping - had to go by container ship. When inquiring to delivery status I received updates from Decormote and the freight carriers. Although it took a long time to arrive it was in perfect condition and easy to install

I never received my order. During months I ask for the status of the shipping and they always promised that the lamp would arrive at home shortly. Six months after my purchase and following several complaints, I received full refund.

DO NOT BUY! They never delivered the lamp I ordered. I contacted the customer service several times and they assured me that the lamp will be delivered „with 100% safety“ (direct quote). No matter what they will comment to this review - do not trust their words. I contacted them several times asking for an update in the shipping. I gave them more than one month of time to clear up the issue with the shipping company and they did not manage to do so. I cannot recommend this company.

Update (February 2023): Got my money back via PayPal. Then, they replied in the comments that I get a free lamp: I did not receive any further updates or emails regarding the free lamp they promised me. SCAM!

I thought it wasn’t going to turn up as it took a while to arrive, but we’ll worth the wait.

let me say customer service was beyond exceptional- as soon as i made my purchase i contacted via email if i need any help and provided a tracking number, item was shipped quickly & was was exactly as described thank you

No product showed up after 7+ weeks of waiting, nothing to track in the UPS tracker. Support is a mess. Stay FAR away from this company.

purchased "herman miller" lamps...complete garbage, the customer service is garbage

decormote.com is a SCAM, and it is obvious that all of these Trust Pilot reviews are FAKE. All of these 5-star reviews were submitted within a 2-week timespan in late July to early August 2022. You can even see from "Claude Smith" review on August 7, 2022 that the review mentions a completely different company, "...we found this one on mooielight." Trust Pilot should immediately remove these fake reviews. It is absurd that Trust Pilot is complicit in scamming people by allowing these fake reviews to be submitted and stay on the platform. Stay FAR AWAY from decormote.com

Placed order and tracking was not available until after I reached out to them asking to see what the delay was. I did expect a 30 day ship time however it wasn't "shipped" until 45+ days after and to be told it was delivered however my doorman building has never received. I reached out to the company and they said its marked as "signed for" but that's not true. The package update said "left at front door". Again, no trace of the package and their customer service team said there's nothing they can do, won't ship a new fixture or issue any sort of refund.

BUYER BEWARE! Reviews are fake and identical to another online lighting (scam) retailer Vakkerlight. Products are knock-offs -- please be careful if you've already purchased. The lamps could be hazardous.

The reviews are fake and fabricated. It's pretty evident if you pay attention to the reviews' details and writing style. For example, the country of reviews is the US, but they talk about St Petersburg in Russia! There are shady Indian companies that write as many Trust Pilot reviews as you pay for. This site has used one of those.

the product is very accurate. when the lamp is on it looks beautiful!!!!!! very satisfied!!!!

Update: Coming in to my update my review in response to Decormote's response - yes, it's true I didn't buy anything from them. I was thinking about it and doing research until I saw all these real sus reviews. If I'm wrong, then I'm sorry but...I find it hard to believe that a company based in the US would have so many reviews written by people who clearly don't speak English. Even the company's response to my review is written in poor English. And no, I'm not a 'peer' (I assume they meant a competitor) out to frame them. I'm just a consumer trying to call out suspicious reviews. If they sell great products, great! But as a consumer who relies on online reviews, I find it extremely poor practice (to put it nicely) when companies use fake reviews to inflate their ratings.

just coming in to try to balance out all the inflated ratings from obviously fake ratings (all done on the same day, say similar things in poorly written English). I came here after seeing they rip off designs of much more expensive lamps. The website is full of nonsense too. I suspect this company is based in China or somewhere else abroad (don’t be fooled by its Houston location as indicated on instagram)
