En mi pedido, uno de los vinilos llegó completamente sucio, lleno de polvo, con arañazos visibles y muchísimo ruido al reproducirlo. Es, claramente, un disco de segunda mano.

Llevo varios días reclamando y solo recibo excusas. Les he enviado fotos donde se aprecia perfectamente el estado del disco y dicen que no les sirve. Les he mandado un vídeo por WhatsApp (que aparece como recibido en la conversación) y aseguran que no les llega. Les he compartido un enlace de Drive... y nada. Responden los correos cada dos días y por teléfono pasan olímpicamente.
Contestan cuando quieren, eluden su responsabilidad y siguen sin darme la solución lógica, que es el reembolso o la reposición del material.

Seit über zwei Jahrzehnten kaufe ich weltweit Schallplatten in Record Stores – das hat bisher eigentlich immer problemlos funktioniert. Aktuell wollte ich bei Deejay.de drei Vinyls bestellen. Leider blieb es beim Versuch.

Spätestens ab dem Warenkorb wird der Bestellprozess unübersichtlich und unnötig kompliziert. Nach Auswahl des Buttons „Bezahlen“ wird man aufgefordert, sich bei Deejay.de einzuloggen. Das Problem: Ich habe dort keinen Account – und eine Registrierung scheint ebenfalls nicht möglich zu sein (kein Registrierungs-Button).

Für ein Wirtschaftsunternehmen, das Produkte verkaufen möchte, wirkt dieser Ablauf eher unfreiwillig komisch.

Le site est aguicheur, de nombreux vinyles possibilité de réserver avant sortie (attention cela ne vous garantie pas de l'avoir) envoi rapide par contre si vous avez un problème avec un des envois (colis perdu/endommagé) là le SAV vous prendra pour un c.. pardon pour un imbécile. Colis soit disant livré chez moi le 24/12 avec photo à l'appui du colis sur la terrasse alors qu'il neige et que je ne suis pas là (en vacances) je contacte 2 jours après mon retour à la maison la société UPS pour dire que le colis n'est plus là. Une enquête est faite colis perdue veuillez contacter DeeJay pour voir avec aux (c'est les commanditaires). retour de DeeJay qui demande une nouvelle enquête auprès d'UPS pas de retour. Je les ai contacté 2 fois par mail on m'a dit de faire preuve de patience ... cela fait 4 mois. Donc un SAV qui n'est pas un SAV à fuir sauf si vous souhaitez prendre le risque de prendre en charge les pertes économiques éventuelles pour cause de dégat voir de livraison non faite.

Evitate assolutamente di acquistare presso di loro. Ho acquistato dei vinili nuovi sono arrivati graffiati, senza scatola, senza Inter sleeve, uno palesemente difettoso e me l’hanno spedito lo stesso. È 20 giorni che vado avanti con l’incompetenza dell’assistenza clienti non rispondono mai ho ricevuto 3 risposte in 20 giorni dove non trovavano alcuna soluzione anzi mi chiedevano sempre più video del difetto. Ad oggi non ho risolto ancora nulla anzi han detto che per loro anche se son graffi evidenti non è un difetto basta che il disco giri bene e se ne fregano. Ora vogliono i video mentre li provo per sentire se sono udibili, uno è pure schiacciato quindi stampato male probabilmente. Una vergogna maledetta quella volta che ho comprato da loro me ne sto pentendo giorno dopo giorno. Spero che risolvano quelli di paypal con il reclamo o dovrò contattare l’associazione a tutela del consumatore per questi quattro incompetenti evitateli credetemi evitateli ! Andate su un altro sito pagate di più magari ma non rovinatevi la salute ad avere a che fare con questi.

Mi pedido se extravió y, tras días reclamando, siguen sin darme una solución o reponer el material. Soy DJ y contaba con estos discos para una actuación; me han dejado vendido y sin herramientas de trabajo. Una falta de profesionalidad absoluta. Si eres profesional y necesitas fiabilidad, este no es el sitio.

Deejay.de has a good and broad selection of records, which is the main reason I keep ordering there. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the ordering process and customer service was quite frustrating.

Last Tuesday I placed an order for 9 records. At that moment, 5 of them were in stock, so I paid for those immediately. This order qualified for free shipping under their conditions. The remaining 4 records were on backorder and, as far as I understood, would also be part of the same order.

The next day I received an email saying that one additional record had become available and that I had to pay for it separately, otherwise my order could not be shipped. I did that, but this resulted in 3 records still being on backorder. Because of this, I now have to pay shipping costs after all.

I contacted customer service to ask about this situation, but I did not receive a response to my questions. I find the communication and service difficult and disappointing. Over the last five weeks I have spent more than 300 euros on records here, so I would have expected some flexibility or at least a clear explanation.

It is a shame, because the product range is good, but the ordering system and lack of communication really take away from the overall experience.

Firstly, in my view, Deejay.de offers a great user experience for "online digging". On top of that, vinyls and shipping are competitively priced. I also love the option to add items to an order even after payment has been made.

The returns process is less straightforward. For example, there is no automatic return label, so you have to arrange the shipping yourself. Secondly, I found the process somewhat convoluted - the information is only available in German and buried somewhere in the T&C. It would be much easier if there was a "Return" button next to the order.

However, I would still rate the store 5/5 if the following hadn't happened:
One of the vinyls in my last order arrived significantly warped. I was in a rush, so I didn’t contact support - instead, I sent it back with another vinyl that I wanted to return. The store refused to accept this vinyl, which I can understand as a first reaction. However, when I tried to explain the situation and come to some sort of agreement (like buying the vinyl at discounted price), they strictly rejected this. While I admit I should’ve contacted the support before sending the vinyl back, as a regular customer (this was my 5th order) I would have appreciated some trust from the business.

Tolle Auswahl , gute preise , schnelle Lieferung. was möchte man mehr. Cooler shop gute Übersicht. jede menge an Vinyl im Angebot. Danke mein 1210 Freut sich drauf.

Horrible,I did a pre-order of LP Vinyl, when the date to have It were coming, they change for a later date, I write them and said me to write the provider/label record directly, I write the provider and say me via email,deejay.de haven't done any order to them, not serious, bad experience and not recommend honestly
