Total scam! About 2 weeks before Christmas I came across an ad on Facebook for these beautiful Hummingbird ornaments, saying delivery beforeXmas (I know. Red flag.) The website is set up in a way that when I tried to check out my cart, new offers kept popping up. I tried to just exit but instead ordered 23 more ornaments! There was no option to cancel. I reached out to customer service. We sent about 20 emails back no forth, talking to a different person each time. They offered a$5 refund. Then a $12 refund. But after warning them that I would report to my bank as fraud, then they refunded the entire amount of $121. I left it at that. 2 weeks go by and the ornaments come. The ornament is so fake and not at all what was in the picture! Thank goodness they were free. I wouldn't have paid $5 for it.
Stay away from this site. Its a total scam.

If I could give this company a -0 I would. The hummingbird ornament looks nothing like the picture, it’s a cheap piece of plastic with hummingbird pictures. Buyer beware of this company!!

The earrings are very nice, but the packaging was done very carelessly. The wrapping was decent but when I opened the box, the earrings were just floating around in the box and the pearls had some minor scratches from rubbing against one another. The scratches weren’t bad enough to warrant a return, but it just dampened my excitement.

Bad exsperence with Delagem. I didn‘t received the parcel yet. I am still waiting for delivery.
