Well I am back to report! Well good news is after a yr of playing on this site I was able to win 126 dollars lol! The bad news is I got ripped off! Some how 15 dollars of that turned into slot bonus after winning! And I have tried a few times to resolve the issue and get it back so I can put it back into the game! Lol, but I'll never deposit another 10 dollars ever on that site! I am done there's other sites that r 10x better! That also do same day deposits! So they have this policy if u withdraw your winnings u lose any bonuses slot bonus bingo bonus whatever it maybe! But the funny thing is, I never had any slot bonuses prior to winning! It magically appeared after I won 126 dollars! I literally was on my last spin with only 3 cents left in my account! And I ended up winning free spins which was like 40 free spins! Nd I won exactly 126 dollars which I was going to use 26 dollars of that anyways to play with and then I was going to withdraw my 100! I'll never play on this site ever again! Each person I spoke to first one explained how bonuses work, which I already know! And the second told me she retrieved my money and let me explain what happened! Same thing, the 3 cents I had left apparently was bonus slot money, and then when I won it magically turned into 15 dollars! Idk make it make sense! I advise anyone not to go to this casino it's honestly the biggest rip off and a scam! All they do is rip u off when u actually win! Please don't go on this site! I'll never come back! I will never ever drop money into this site again!

I'm reaching out to you with concerns in regards to one of your employees Cheryl this is the second time I've had a problem with this employee both times is when I was on a winning streak at one of your slot machines which I find is quite intriguing that in the middle of a winning streak I was kicked out and asked to leave the premises this night she accused me of using a bad word she was very aggressive she was egging me on trying to get under my skin she was rubbing her body up against me she then exerted her position by getting the security guard unequivocally to come over to kick me out he would not communicate with me he just stared me down made me feel very uncomfortable almost saved for my surroundings as I took a small video clip to ensure that I could capture the moment of how incredibly ridiculous your employee is who I believe is supposed to be the manager she had then instructed me that no cameras were allowed on the premises and she asked the security guard to grab take my phone I told him he doesn't have legal rights to look in my phone he said I want to look through your photos to see the video I said call the police this is how ridiculous of a situation I was put through I have many witnesses there that could not believe the lack of professionalism and aggressiveness of your employee Cheryl.
My name is Christopher j Bellisario my phone number is 647-834-8307 I believe this is an important matter and I would hope somebody will reach out to me tomorrow so I can once again be retained as a customer and also feel comfortable going to this location. And once again your employee Cheryl made it impossible for me to get her credentials so I could reach out to her Superior to rectify the problem and I will tell you this employee is a problem employee.

Terrible site, they advertise interac withdrawal on their site but it does not work waited for 3 days and nothing then they email asking about a bank statement and bank details, closed my account winnings were just 200 so its not a big deal but i would be vary of playing on this casino and i will be complaining to igaming ontario.
If you do not support interac payouts do not mislead customers, i would not advise using this gaming site.
I have never had any payout issues with OLG/betty/bally
