Slot games look to have lower RTP than standard online. Had one small withdrawal - it took them 4 emails and 8 days to process it. Beware the extra requirements at first withdrawal that are not required at registration. You can deposit all you like; the restrictions come if you attempt to withdraw. I found their customer service to be bot-like and unhelpful. Also, Bingo rooms are moribund and chat is dead.

Delta bingo does not pay nor give the right amount of winning when you win. On top of that, not only one but all player who placed their bet on the same game got robbed. Just like what I experienced this evening, I was playing deck of bingo with other 14 players who placed their bet on the same game. I won and that game ended but I was not credited for my winnings. I contacted their live chat support, asked me to send a screen shot of the match that I won. It’s a continuous bingo game, with 3-5 seconds screen announcement who win and how much winnings and one minute and 30 seconds interval or less to place bet for the next match. I never even think I will not be credited for my winnings so I did not had a chance to take a screen shot. Just because I was not able to send a screen shot of the match I won, I was told I did not win any.

Shockingly insulting
I joined the casino, made several deposits over the span of 4 days and decided to cash out 300.00 ( 1/8 of what I deposited)
When I asked what the hold up is, 4 days after making my withdrawal, I was told my withdrawal was essentially lost in processing and it should be resolved by the next day! Completely unacceptable! THEN was asked why not receiving my 300.00 would impact me personally or financially!!!!! WOW!!!! I will not be depositing here again and am even doubtful I will see my 300.00 at this point!
Update…..still no money! I was told I would have it in my account today, and still nowhere to be seen!!
