Så sent som i dag, skulle jeg ifølge dem, have modtaget det 4 dæk!
"RIGHT"!

I've used this company for many years and have never had a problem with them. My last two orders however have been a disaster. Firstly I waited weeks for a tyre to arrive and when it did it was the wrong one. I've tried to arrange the pickup of this wrong tyre twice now and they didn't turn up and refuse to refund me. This is still going on. I then re-ordered tyres from what I thought was another company .... turns out it's Delticom again and they delivered ONE tyre (I ordered TWO) and its the wrong size. Phoned them and all you get is a useless AI. Don't know what’s suddenly happened to this company but BEWARE.

Beställer däck hojdäck som de säger är på lager och att de har leveranstid på 2-4 dager. Först efter 7-9 dagar anmäls transporten till DPD och då tar det ytterligare 2-3 dagar innan de faktisk börjar transporteras.

Detta har hänt tre gånger nu.

Schon sehr spannend. Keine Lieferung erhalten. Kein Kundenservice erreichbar. Plötzlich eine Anwaltskanzlei, die Geld fordert.
Mein Anwalt hat geantwortet und nach Wochen keine Antwort erhalten.
Traurig sich als Kanzlei für solch eine Mandantin einzulassen.

NON COMPRATE PER NESSUN MOTIVO. VI FOTTONO I SOLDI E CHI SI È VISTO SI È VISTO!!!

Absolut katastrophe am 6.05.2026. 2 Reifen bestellt. Heute 18.05.2026. Immer noch nichts gekommen. Die haben kein Telefon Support mehr, als nur KI. Es ist ein Horror mit denen. Nie wieder Reifendirekt. Früher waren die gut und schnell, jetzt ist alles nur ein Chaos.

Ho acquistato 4 gomme per la mia Twingo ,due arrivate della misura giuste le altre due anteriori misura più grande ,l errore è stato fatto da loro in quanto sulla ricevuta di acquisto le mie misure erano giuste . Ho scritto 4 email ,chiamato il servizio clienti ma nulla .

I ordered two tires. They arrived in two separate packages, a week apart.

Then, I requested a return for both, but I only received one return label.
I thought it was for both tires, that they were being returned, but that I wasn't being refunded for one of them.

I have the impression that their logistics department isn't working!
It's possible to find similar prices with certainly better service.

Appalling service. Wait weeks for order and only AI agents no humans to speak to.
Avoid!

I am writing this review after weeks of frustration, broken promises, and complete incompetence from Delticom / Gommadiretto.

The facts:

· May 2025: I purchased two Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 (front) and two Hankook (rear). The Goodyear tyres were marked "Made in China".
· Within months: both front Goodyear tyres exploded (sidewall failure). The Hankook rear tyres (same car, same roads, same speed) are still perfect.
· February 2026: Delticom sent two replacement Goodyear tyres under warranty (order RD 56414313).
· 23 April 2026: after only 2 months of normal use, one of the replacement Goodyear tyres exploded again – same sidewall failure.

Total: 3 Goodyear tyres exploded. 0 Hankook problems.

What happened next:

· Complaints UK confirmed on 24 April that they were sending Hankook Ventus Evo replacements and covering mounting costs.
· On 30 April, the replacement order was confirmed.
· Today is 9 May. The tracking number they gave me (DEL1163799004438801) does not work on the courier's website.
· I have now been told that both orders (54826885 and 56414311) have been cancelled.
· Nobody can tell me what is being sent, when it will ship, or when my car will be mobile again.

My situation:

I have disclosed two diagnosed disabilities (ADHD and PTSD) and provided a medical report confirming that mobility is essential for my health and daily functioning. My car has been immobilised since 23 April. I have a work deadline on 20 May that requires travel to another region of Italy.

The result:

Despite admitting liability, despite confirming Hankook replacements, despite knowing my medical situation, Delticom has:

· Cancelled orders without explanation
· Provided a fake tracking number
· Ignored deadlines
· Left my car immobilised for over two weeks

What I need:

A clear answer: what are you sending, when will it ship, and when will my car be ready? Or refund me up to €400 so I can buy tyres elsewhere.

To anyone considering buying from Delticom / Gommadiretto:

Do not trust their warranty process. Do not trust their tracking numbers. If you have a problem, you will be passed between Italy, France, Germany, and the UK – and nothing will be resolved.

I am now considering legal action for disability discrimination and financial loss.

alles weder auf telefon nur ki auf email wird nicht geantwortet

i ordered 4 tires. after 2 weeks still nothing....
no costumer service, nobody answers calls, nobody reply emails.
then after 3 weeks i got 2 tires. only 2 !
i refused to receive them and returned it. that was weeks ago.
no refund, no reply to my inquiries.....nothing.
NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!

Jeg bestilte fire stk klassiske dekk til min veteranbil. Det tokk ikke lang tid, før jeg fikk bekreftelse at dekkene var pakket.
Dekkene ble levert hjem til meg med Postnord, og ble levert 3dager før forventet levering.
Alle dekkene var fra samme parti/dato 1625 som betyr uke 16 2025. Litt skuffet over at dekkene er 1år gamle, men disse klassiske mønsteret brukes på begrenset kjøretøy( eldre militære kjøretøy) dekkene var pakket godt inn.

Keine Rückerstattung für vom Händler auch anerkannt fehlerhafte Ware (Mousse für Enduroreifen war bei Lieferung bereits zwei (!) Jahre abgelaufen), die ich auf meine Kosten zurückgesendet habe. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme nur wiederholt allgemeine Floskeln eines Bots. Leider muss ich nun den Rechtsweg suchen. Absolut inakzeptabler Service!

4 Reifen bestellt und bezahlt. Plötzlich waren sie doch nicht lieferbar, aber Ersatz wurde angeboten.
Ersatz bestätigt, aber plötzlich nur ein Reifen lieferbar.

Ich habe alles storniert, das wurde so bestätigt, aber erstattet wurde nur der Preis von 3 Reifen und einer wurde geliefert.

Trotz Versprechnungen von Abholung und Erstattung incl. Paypal-Fall habe ich kein Geld, aber einen einzelnen Reifen den ich teuer entsorgen muss.

Schlechte Firma. Nur Chatbot-Kontakt.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I placed my order on 22 April, and since then I’ve been given completely contradictory information. First I was told the order was “in transit,” then later I was told it had been “lost.” I was even informed that an email had been sent to me regarding a replacement or refund — which I never received.

For over 10 days, there was no clear communication, no proper updates, and no real attempt to resolve the issue. Every response felt generic and inconsistent, with no one taking responsibility or providing a clear answer.

Even worse, the tracking system continued to show misleading updates, suggesting the parcel was moving, when in reality it had not even been handed over to the courier.

In the end, the order was cancelled without proper notice, and the refund was processed without any clear explanation.

This level of disorganisation, lack of transparency, and poor communication is unacceptable. Customers are left completely in the dark while being given inaccurate information.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they are prepared to deal with confusion, delays, and a complete lack of accountability.

Fruktansvärd kundtjänst. Oartig och helt ovillig att hjälpa till när det är Delti själva som har gjort fel!

Apres une commande passé et payé sur le cite je reçois une mauvaise commande ni la marque ni la taille été bonne incompréhensible .
Apres de multiples appels j'ai enfin une personne ,ok on va vous renvoyer votre commande et vous retourner les mauvais pneus chose suk sais faite quelque jour après MAIS ATTENDEZ SAIS PAS FINI!et non
Quelque mois après 2 3 mois je reçois un mail en disant de repayé A BONNN
Et oui il ne trouve pas les pneus retourner j'envoie des mail pour dire j'ai suivi les instructions de la personne au téléphone et la menace mail.......

Bisher zufrieden gewesen, Versand war soweit möglich auch ok.. Aber wo der Ofen aus ist... ist wenn man auf Reklamation nicht Reagiert, außer mit einer Mahnung zur Zahlung ! Das ist nicht nur dreist, sondern Frechheit auf höchsten Niveau !! Jemanden ans Telefon zu bekommen grenzt an Unmöglichkeit, per Mail nicht Möglich, Kontaktformular, geht halt meist nicht oder keine Reaktion...
Auch wenn bisher alles gut war, sowas geht mal gar nicht und somit ein gewerblicher Kunde weg !!

Katastrophale Erfahrung – absolut nicht empfehlenswert
Im Zusammenhang mit meiner Bestellung bei reifendirekt.de habe ich eine der schlechtesten Kauferfahrungen überhaupt gemacht.
Ohne mich vorher zu fragen oder meine Zustimmung einzuholen, wurde mir wenige Tage nach der Bestellung per E-Mail mitgeteilt, dass die Lieferung meines Reifensatzes für ein Fahrzeug aufgeteilt wird, im Verhältnis 3 zu 1, also aus zwei unterschiedlichen Lagern kommt.
Ich habe sofort darauf geantwortet und klar gemacht, dass ich die Lieferung nur dann akzeptiere, wenn garantiert wird, dass alle Reifen im gleichen Produktionsjahr hergestellt wurden.
Wie zu erwarten war, habe ich darauf keine Antwort erhalten.
Stattdessen wurden die Reifen einfach geliefert: Michelin Pilot Sport 4 – drei Stück aus 2026 und einer aus 2023.
Mein Monteur hat mir sofort gesagt, dass ich diesen einen Reifen unbedingt austauschen lassen soll.
Aktueller Stand: Ich habe die gesamte Lieferung storniert und schicke alle Reifen zurück.
Und jetzt kommt das nächste Problem: Die Stornierungslinks in den E-Mails funktionieren nicht und führen nur zu Fehlermeldungen. Bravo!
Keine Antworten, keine Reaktion, keinerlei Kontaktaufnahme – nur automatische E-Mails. Auch über das Kontaktformular kommt keine Rückmeldung.
Das war mit Abstand die schlechteste Erfahrung, die ich je beim Online-Kauf gemacht habe.
Für mich ist völlig unverständlich, wie so ein Unternehmen überhaupt noch operieren darf. Wo ist hier der Verbraucherschutz?
Ich kann nur jedem dringend davon abraten, hier zu kaufen.
