After being incredibly stressed about…
After being incredibly stressed about the authenticity of the brand given the price was so cheap, it’s safe to say demand UK exceeded my expectation and more. Only thing I would say is notifying me of the delivery time would have helped as I was only told 1-2 days. But other than that really happy and will be using again.

I ordered on Monday the 23 of December…
I ordered on Monday the 23 of December 2024 and they said it will take 1/2 working to deliver, meaning it will arrive either on the 24th or 25 of December but it didn't arrive even while I am typing this review in 2025 poor consumerservice.

We communicated with you via email to explain the delays caused by Royal Mail’s suspended collections and deliveries over Christmas, which created a significant backlog across the UK. We also informed you in advance that your order wouldn’t arrive for Christmas due to these circumstances.
