Thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear you found the website a bit difficult to navigate. We’ve taken comments like yours on board and now have a dedicated Ingredients page on our website, which lists all of the active ingredients used across our range — except for prescription medications.
Due to UK pharmacy regulations, we’re not allowed to publicly advertise the specific prescription ingredients we use. However, these are clearly listed and explained once you complete the medical form after purchase.

2 in 1 minoxidil and finasteride spray
had two orders from this company. the first one, the product arrived in clear plastic spray bottles that looked nothing like the advertised product. used the product and got a 2nd order, the next order was in branded packaging that looked like the one advertised. I've now used the product consistently for around 8 months with no noticeable improvement in my hair. the product just makes your hair smell weird and leaves a sticky residue on your hair and scalp. the product I ordered both times was the 2 in 1 minoxidil and finasteride spray, which is supposed to be a good pill-free option. cannot recommend as it just seems to have no affect whatsoever. will be seeking a refund for both orders.
