2 in 1 minoxidil and finasteride spray
had two orders from this company. the first one, the product arrived in clear plastic spray bottles that looked nothing like the advertised product. used the product and got a 2nd order, the next order was in branded packaging that looked like the one advertised. I've now used the product consistently for around 8 months with no noticeable improvement in my hair. the product just makes your hair smell weird and leaves a sticky residue on your hair and scalp. the product I ordered both times was the 2 in 1 minoxidil and finasteride spray, which is supposed to be a good pill-free option. cannot recommend as it just seems to have no affect whatsoever. will be seeking a refund for both orders.

Absolutely Amazing – Best Hair Product I’ve Used!
Denze Hair Experts has completely transformed my hair! After using their product for 90 days, the difference is unbelievable — my hair feels so much stronger and fuller. Even my barber noticed the volume boost without me saying a word!
I’ve just placed my second order (there was a small hiccup with it, but nothing major), and I have to say — the communication from their team was excellent. The customer service via email was spot on, really helpful and responsive.
The only small downside was that they didn’t include the free white bottle of styling spray that came with my first order. I believe that was a bonus item for initial orders, so I totally understand. It’s such a great product — smells amazing and works beautifully — I’m more than happy to buy it separately.
Honestly, I can’t recommend Denze Hair Experts enough. This is, without a doubt, the best hair product on the market. Absolutely worth every penny

I ordered last year for the first time…
I ordered last year for the first time and was so impressed with the customer service. When I raised a few questions (including uncertainty about the formulation as my labels were missing) they were so quick to phone me out of the blue to explain and apologise. I think I had another call too when making a general enquiry. When they sent a replacement order they even included a small freebie.
I’ve placed another order since. I’m generally happy but unfortunately have found wildly different formulations. My first batch was a fast drying spray which barely left any residue after hair drying. I found this such an issue with competitors products. My latest order included 2/3 bottles where the formulation was very different, suddenly highly scented with oils, super sticky to the point it makes my my hair look matted once dry, and the liquid foams a little on application. Very odd and frustrating so I’ve contacted the team for a resolution. I don’t believe this is just a slight batch variation, it’s like they went overboard with the oils or other ingredients in the last batch.
I have every confidence it will be resolved and implore the Dense Hair team to ensure there is consistency. The sticky, visible products are a nightmare. Your formulas were initially great and beat the competition. Please ensure this doesn’t happen again!

Good results combined with dutasteride. The nozzle on the spray bottle gets clogged up because the product is so sticky - this needs to be improved.

Disgusting product
Disgusting product. Ordered the spray and it has no ingredients listed on the bottle. It comes out like a massive squirt rather than a spray and is super sticky. Really bad. Wont be buying anymore!

I have been blown away by my results!!!
I have been blown away by my results in 4 months, really happy, I’ve used the 2 in 1 spray twice a day, shampoo twice a day, taken the dht blocker sweet every day also and then I have used the derma roller twice a week which I was told to do at the start,
My hair is a lot healthier, it’s thicker, and the areas where I had gone thinner and bold they are grown back, I’ve taken photos every month to show my progress and the difference from the first photo to the present day is a massive change,
I was very sceptical like most people are, but I’ve never missed a day with my spray or shampoo or doing the derma roller and it’s worked for me so far, really recommend this company, I had never done anything like this before but now I have more confidence with my hair and the compliments I am getting from people telling me I haven’t aged or I look younger etc is happening all the time

Misleading advertising
I paid full price and they sent me some cheap bottle which doesn’t match the product bottle advertised on the website. The spray nozzle stopped working so I had to buy an empty spray bottle which is not a big deal - but when you charging me £117 for three bottles of formula, Please deliver your yellow square bottles advertised on the site. There are other brands who are slightly cheaper with better service. Anyways, I wanted to wait and see the results after three months before writing my whole experience with Dense. The formula is okay and I can see some tiny small new growths after three months. But not sure I would buy from them again after the bottle issues.

Please don't waste your money on these products. The only way to regain lost hair is via a transplant. Once the hair follicle is gone, it's gone.
Ask yourself this - if this stuff really worked, then why doesn't everyone use it? It would be groundbreaking and plastered everywhere. Instead, it's via advertising.
Come on people. Don't disrespect yourselves.

3months in and no signs of any improvements. I never received the guarantee email and I’ve enquired if I can activate guarantee at this stage before I waste any more money and the answer from their agent was no. Brand new customers only. So all the marketing about the ‘guys’ believing in the product and looking after their customers isn’t true.

Regarding the money-back guarantee, the terms and conditions are clearly stated on our website. To be eligible, photos must be submitted before starting treatment and then every month so we can review your progress. As we did not receive any submissions from you, you are unfortunately ineligible for the guarantee.
Our pharmacist also tried to contact you to discuss your options, but we never received a response. If you’re still open to continuing the journey we’d love to discuss this with you.

Great product
Have been using this product for around 11 months now and couldn't be more pleased. My hair was thinning at the front and one area on the crown. I have used the full treatment (shampoo, spray and vitamins) and have been impressed. The thin patch on top has gone and I now have a full and growing fringe. Great product and the team are always really helpful

I’ve been using Dense products since mid October 2024 and can honestly say it’s the best decision I made. I used to have a quiff a few years ago and before dense my hair was receding dry and couldn’t do much with it - now I’m growing it again and can style my hair the way I used to with confidence! I use the shampoo and conditioner sea salt spray and I use the roller then apply the treatment spray, I can safely say the trip to turkey won’t be happening anytime soon pun intended but my hair is as Dense as it’s ever been

Genuinely it works....
At first I was very apprehensive to use the product, after careful research I came across Dense Hair experts, the customer service was exceptional and answered all my questions. From Bad Transplant to a happy chappie.
Two years ago, I had a hair transplant that went horribly wrong—think less "hair goals" and more "why did I do this?" I was left feeling pretty hopeless about finding a solution, and I’d pretty much written off all hair growth products as a waste of time and money. Two months in and my hair feels…
Two months in and my hair feels noticeably thicker. I like how it looks and even like running my hand through it (which I used to hate because of the feeling thinning hair).
I bought a 3 month supply and definitely will be ordering more. Encourage by the results so far and keen to know how it is after further use.

I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of response to my emails. All I want is my money back. I placed an order, but the prescription form wasn’t sent until I chased it up. I promptly filled it out and submitted it, but since then, I’ve heard nothing.
I’ve emailed three times requesting a refund and order cancellation, but there’s been no acknowledgment or update. This level of service is terrible—what is going on?
