I have been receiving treatment at this dental practice since 2024 and have undergone various procedures, including fillings, cleanings, sinus lifts, and implants.

They are respectful and genuine individuals. They will not endorse a deceptive treatment plan in exchange for supplementary compensation.

I communicated directly with the manager, and the gentleman was remarkably courteous, exemplifying sincere politeness, integrity, and thoughtfulness.

​I flew to Istanbul to visit Dentaliva for a complete cosmetic and restorative crown set. For decades, I struggled with severe dental issues, including several lower teeth ground to the gum line. Being in my 70s, I was anxious, but my experience here was easily the best I've ever had.

International Patient Support
Dentaliva provides great support for travelers. I got to know Negahan, my 'guardian angel' coordinator, who made my first trip to Turkey much less stressful than it might have been. She contacted me about a month before my scheduled visit, and guided me through many details. From logistics to scheduling, she ensured that I knew exactly where to go and when. Her commitment continued a month after the procedure when she checked in to make sure I was adjusting well.

Kindness, Skill and Comfort
​Dr. Ömer Faruk and his team are not only genuinely kind but very skilled and exacting. They tackled my challenging case with care and professionalism. Despite the intensity of the procedure, I felt completely at ease. In fact, I have to say I smiled and laughed more at Dr. Faruk’s office than I have at any other dentist.

​Looking Good
​My teeth look absolutely spectacular! Friends have commented on how much younger and better I look overall. I recommend Dentaliva to anyone considering major dental work; they offer world-class care and results at an unmatched value. If I ever need this level of work again, I will be going back.

Side issue: Language
I ran into very few people who spoke English well, though I was able to make myself understood most of the time. I used Google Translate on my cell phone and found that many of the people I spoke to were equally familiar with that software. I received nothing but smiles when I humbly apologized for not speaking their language and then using Google Translate to express myself in Turkish.

In general, I found the Turkish people that I met to be welcoming and happy to help. I am suggesting to my wife that we go there on holiday in a few years.

After years of going back and forth about getting a couple of dental implants, the cost in the UK always put me off. Then I came across Dentaliva and liked that they were holding an open day in London. I was able to get a free X-ray and consultation, which made the whole process feel a lot more approachable.

I’d also been considering composite bonding, but after speaking with them, they recommended laminate veneers instead, explaining that they’d be longer-lasting and a better option for me. Once I got my quote, I said I’d think about it — and what I really appreciated was that there was no pressure at all. Unlike other companies I’d spoken to, they weren’t pushy, and that gave me confidence in their approach.

I’ve just finished my second and final trip this year to complete all my dental work, and I’m honestly so happy with the results. Omer really took the time to understand what would suit me and my face. You do have to trust the process — seeing brand-new teeth in your mouth for the first time takes some getting used to, but once you adjust, you’ll love them.

One thing that really surprised me was how hard it was to choose the right shade of white — I didn’t want something too bright, but I also didn’t want a duller white I’d regret later. Omer and his team were so patient and helpful throughout that whole decision.

If you’re looking for genuine, trustworthy people to take care of your teeth, I can’t recommend Dentaliva enough.

I decided on Dental implants after years of gum problems due to a long-term medical condition. I chose Dentaliva after doing extensive research which included competitive costs, but more importantly … the result.
From the very beginning, my contact, Omer Gul was helpful and personable. Omer was my person on the phone from start, to finish and beyond. He was there at Harley Street for the consultation with Dr Omer Faruk Tani which was where my initial x-rays were taken and where Dr Faruk explained the process, result and included with using Dentaliva. The price included all transfers and hotel stays which include things like towels, toiletries, a hairdryer and a buffet style hot and cold breakfast, which at both hotels I stayed in was superb. The only extra you may need are extra charging plugs depending on the hotel.
On the first visit, the extractions, fillers and implants were performed by the surgeon Dr Babuccu and I’m not going to lie, it was intense. It does include hours in a Dentist chair, of course it does but Dr Babuccu put my mind at ease and explained the process throughout with patience and a calmness which was appreciated. I left Istanbul the first time with a set of Dentures and a timeline of five months to return after enough time for my gums to harden and heal.
The second and final visit was in a different part of Istanbul, and the Dentist there was Dr Ibrahim Talha Mese. He was the last of the Dentaliva team and the one to finally gave me my smile back after years of smiling small. There was more downtime on this visit which included picking colours and wearing temporary ‘screw in teeth’ to test for comfort. He was yet another lovely person and the last of the team to work on my mouth.
Internet in the hotels and the Dentist is brilliant, but if you want to explore Istanbul then I would recommend buying internet from an app like Airlo instead of the hotel to save money. Your own mobile internet is unlikely to work out there, and you will need it if you want to explore the area which I would definitely recommend. I would also recommend downloading some films etc before you go as the hotels only have one news channel in English which can become monotonous when you have watched the same thing several times.
All in all, everyone, including the dental Nurses and the transfer drivers made the whole experience easy and I can’t express how happy I am with the result. My teeth felt like mine as soon as they were put in and more importantly, they look natural. The cost was a fraction of what it would have cost in the UK and the result is phenomenal. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dentaliva to anyone who is thinking of having dental implants.

My dentist was gentle, patient and took great care to ensure I was at ease. I felt well-looked after and I'm really happy with the results of the treatment.

I attended the London consultation day in January 2025, where Omar was my coordinator and Omer was my dentist. I had an excellent experience at Dentaliva at Avcilar. Dr.Hacer Kazanci was incredibly professional, polite and friendly. I am very happy with my new crowns, they look great. Also I would like to thank the entire team, including the reception team, branch manager, and drivers.
