I received another item from what I had ordered, and while I offered to post back the wrong product, the company offered it to me while sending me what I had initially ordered with a next day courier service free of charge. Well done, people!

Hi W.A.M, thanks a lot for the love! Much appreciated.
Excellent quality T-shirts
Excellent quality T-shirts! The cotton is nice, soft and if washed correctly, last ages. The prints are of great quality, again, if washed properly, stay in great condition. Fast delivery, products arrive in good condition and are shipped on time. Excellent value for money!

Awesome Designs Great Customer Service
Kudos to any company that supports artists and the creative community. Fast shipping to the US even coming from Europe. Fantastic and prompt response from the Dephect customer service team due to an issue with the sizing of 1 shirt in my order. Happy to support a small business doing good things!

Hey Andrew, thanks for the kind words, and for taking the time to leave a review :)
Ordered 4 t-shirts here in August
Ordered 4 t-shirts here in August, loved the prints, but the sizes, wow! I always wear large, but they were shorter than any other large I'd wear, after washing them once on 30 degrees they had shrunken a bit, can hardly wear them now anymore.. Bit of a waste, expected better quality and sizing.

**Update April 2024** For some reason the Trustpilot algorithm keeps moving this old review further up our profile. If you are reading this and thinking about ordering, our tees are a regular size/length and not overly short. Please check our size chart to find the fit that's right for you :) https://www.dephect.com/pages/size-chart
**Original response Oct 2022** Hi Mayn, thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your t-shirts. I’m not sure if you checked our size chart before ordering, but they should match up to that? We’re always happy to exchange or refund anything that’s unworn. Thanks, Matt.
Great

Good quality, great service
Good quality, great designs, and a really helpful customer service attitude. They sent me a t-shirt as part of a deal they had when they really weren't obliged to - decent way to run a business.
Thank you very much.
