Ich habe vor einigen Monaten ein Kopfkissen von Derila bestellt. Damit bin ich soweit auch sehr zufrieden. Jedoch bekomme ich in geringem Abstand immer wieder unerwünschte Werbung per SMS von Derila zugeschickt, die sich nicht abstellen lassen. Aufgrund dieser Spam Nachrichten würde ich von Bestellungen bei dieser Firma abraten!

As others have already said: This company send you lots of spam e-mails with a number of names/products/domains, which of course I never signed up for. They break GDPR laws and likely a number of marketing laws.
- There is no way to unsubscribe
- Marketing e-mails are sent from fake domains

It does not matter how many times you contact them, they keep saying that they have removed your e-mail, but keep sending spam. What's the point?

The business hide behind many different brand names and with the same kind of websites – just different products and different spam.

Vor 7 Wochen habe ich ein Kopfkissen bestellt und bis heute nicht erhalten. Seit 14 Tagen tutsich im Lieferstatus nichts mehr, obwohl das Kissen im Verteilzentrum an meinem Standort angekommen ist. Stattdessen bekommt man Anrufe und wird genötigt die Kissenhüllen dazu zu bestellen. Sehr aufdringlich wie bei einer Sekte ! Ich habe vor 14 Tagen reklamiert und bekomme ständig die gleiche Aussage man kümmere sich um die Lieferung. Auch Paypal hilft da erst nach 14 Tagen weiter wenn nicht geliefert wird. Ich bin gespannt wie ich mein Geld zurückbekomme.
Dies ist ein absolut unseriöser Laden der sofort aus dem Internetzugriff gelöscht gehört ! Es geht ja anscheinend vielen Kunden wie mir, hilft wohl nur noch ein Anwalt zu dem ich nächste Woche gehe.

Leider kann man nicht 0 Punkte abgeben.nach 5 maliger reklamation wegen defekten reißverschlusses und kontaktaufnahme und auch ticketantwort tut sich gar nix. Seit mind. 2 monaten!!Ist leider eine betrugsfirma .Ich rate jedem ab dort zu bestellen! Abzocke! Selbst nach bestellnachweis und zahlungsbeleg

Ich würde auch von Betrug sprechen.
Aggressive Anrufe meine Stornierung auf Grund dessen wird garnicht bearbeitet. Klarna drängt auf Zahlung obwohl ich schriftlich 1 Tag nach Bestellung storniert habe. So unglaublich das ich wahrscheinlich einen Anwalt einschalten muss. Klarna hilft ebenfalls nicht, obwohl alle Stornierungen schriftlich vorliegen.
Niemals dort bestellen.
Weiterhin reagiert Derila nicht auf meine Stornierung und bietet ständig neue Dinge an. Heute ist der 10.10.

Die Reißverschlüsse der Kissen waren bei Ankunft der Lieferung bereits defekt ,sowas von schlechte Qualität geht gar nicht und die Lieferzeit lange,obwohl der Absender eine deutsche Adresse war. Kundenservice wurde informiert und ich hoffe auf Rückerstattung .

Update: nachdem ich hier die Bewerbung abgegeben hatte, wurde mir kurze Zeit später der gesamte Betrag zurück erstattet. Immerhin ein sehr kulantes Unternehmen. Daher einen Stern mehr.

Äußerst unangenehme Erfahrung mit Derila. Ich habe ein Nackenkissen bestellt, das mehrere Wochen nicht ankam. Stattdessen bekam ich in der Zwischenzeit mehrere Anrufe aus dem Kundencenter in Frankfurt am Main, in denen mir auf aggressive Art und Weise versucht wurde, die passenden Bezüge aufzudrängen. Mein Nein wurde kaum akzeptiert mit der Begründung, das Kissen ohne Bezug sei nutzlos. Obwohl ich zwei Mal deutlich erklärt habe, weder Bezug noch weitere Anrufe zu wünschen, kamen weitere Anrufe mit der gleichen Intention. Da ich kein Produkt von einem solch unseriösen Unternehmen behalten möchte, wollte ich nach Erhalt des Kissens, dieses sofort zurück schicken. Nun soll ich die Retoure auf eigene Kosten bezahlen, was nicht einzusehen ist. Auf meine Email mit der Bitte um ein Retourenticket reagiert seit Tagen niemand. Ich würde dringend davon abraten, bei Derila zu bestellen!

Ich habe bei dieser unseriösen Firma leider zwei Nackenkissen bestellt. Mir wurde dann auf der Website vorgeschlagen, Kissenhüllen dazu zu nehmen. Mit einem Klick, um diese anzusehen, wurde schon die Bestellung bestätigt. Diese habe ich aber nicht getätigt. Nach circa zehn Tagen kam ein Anruf, die Dame wollte meine Bestellung bestätigt haben. Ich habe diesem Widersprochen. Habe keine Kissenhüllen bestellt. Sie meinte, das ist kein Problem. Man kann sie dann einfach zurückschicken.
Als das Paket nach langer Zeit ankam, enthält die Bestellung meine zwei bestellten Kissen und drei Kissenhüllen in falschen Größen, die nicht bestellt wurden und auch nicht mit dem Bestätigungen über einpassen. Nun warte ich seit einer Woche auf einen Retourenschein der Firma Delira Und bin gespannt auf die Kosten für Retoure. Sehr sehr ärgerlich. Niemals würde ich hier noch einmal bestellen.
Zudem bekommt man ständig SMS Nachrichten. Man solle doch Kissenhüllen bestellen.

Tja wie leider schon vorher beschrieben. Erst brauchts ewig bis das Produkt ankommt - bestellt am 04.08. - dann 20 Tage später erhalten! Dann kommt es aus China. eine Rücksendeadresse ist in Litauen etc.etc.
Das man mit dem Kissen nicht mehr schnarcht - lustig. Ich kann das nicht nachvollziehen - ich höre es immer noch!!

This company placed my order, without my confirmation. They must be using some recording system to store the data. I have definetly not placed the order, closed the page, after I've read the ratings and next day they send me the order confirmation and charged from PayPal, sending out products, I have not ordered!! Unbelievable this company.I've tried to call the support phone number in germany, the numer does NOT exist. I want my money refunded asap. Support bot sends out same reply over & over again. Sorry, this is a huge Scam!!

Update Oct.2nd - Products have been delivered today, (without confirmed order from my side). I want to send the stuff back, have written the support, who hasn't reacted a bit to trying to cancel the "order" to avoid unneccesary shipping. No reaction on several msg's i've sent from Derila, only automated replies waisting time. I have contacted my bank today and revocated the forced debit. As well I will report my house bank Derila as fraudulent company. The german support phone number on their website is not valid. The products seem to come from Hongkonk. Does anyone here has their shipping adress? I doubt, I will ever receive a proper reply to return the unwanted products.

As the whole pillow deal sounds like a scam and your website lies about what the pillow does for you, but all they want from me is return postage which i feel is not good enough,

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Do not order from this webpage. They are scammers. I ordered one pillow they charged me for 4. There were add on options so I thought great a pillow case and a cooling case they added 4! €189 charged to my account without my consent. I’m not sure
How this is permitted by PayPal. Not displaying the full total is illegal in the EU. I got the confirmation email and responded to their support immediately to cancel and they would not. Offered me 50% off to keep the order this was two weeks ago and still the full 50% has not been returned I’ve received €54 from an order I did not make in the first place! Disingenuous company.

I have regrettably just started my path down the road of the derila pillow scam. Ordered on July 18, they added on one pillow, one pillow case and one cooling case. I phoned right away and was told it was to late to modify, it was 15 minutes later. They also withdrew from my account thru PayPal very quickly. You have no recourse after you order. No cart comes up on the website so you cannot amend what is in it. I am waiting for order to come and will “return to sender” without even opening it. Then start to fight for a refund. Hopefully if derila is not forth coming with a refund PayPal will step in. The parent company Orbio World has dozens of companies under them running the same style of scam. I will be leaving reviews about this company every step of way. Will see how the rest of it goes.

Ich bestellte nach einem akuten Bandscheibenvorfall Ende Mai bei DERILA und bekam das Paket 29 Tage später. Alle Versuche, die Bestellung wegen massiver Überziehung der Lieferzeit zu stornieren, endeten mit diversen Versprechungen und Rabatt- Angeboten bis 40 % seitens DERILA und letztlich ohne Erfolg.
Als ich das ungeöffnete Paket wegen der langen Verspätung zurückschicken wollte, musste ich das trotzdem selbst bezahlen und das ging ins Geld, denn mir wurde eine Adresse in Litauen genannt! Auch vom Zahlungsanbieter erhielt ich keine Hilfe. Die Kosten für die Bestellung und die Rücksendung belaufen sich auf fast 30 €.
Erstaunlich- nur 3 Werktage nach Abgabe der Retoure war mein Paket, übrigens komplett ungeöffnet, in Litauen angekommen! Aber: Bisher sind beinahe 2 Wochen nach Ankunft des Paketes in Litauen vergangen und es erfolgte KEINE Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises. Das ist Betrug am Kunden! Achtung vor dieser Firma!

Nicht einen Stern wert! (Weiter unten kommt ein Update) - Nepper-Schlepper-Bauernfang nannte man das wohl früher. Unbedingt VOR DEM Kauf die Bewertungen hier lesen! Denn trotz aller Rechte, die man als Verbraucher bei Internetkauf hat und der angepriesenen "Rückgabegarantie von 60 Tagen" wird dieser ausgehebelt, da das Produkt in Wirklichkeit aus China kommt und der Kundensupport nach Auslieferung der Ware nicht mehr reagiert!
Texte und Werbung sind verführerisch - KI macht's möglich! 70% Rabatt?!? Der rechnet sich allerdings kaum, denn man kann das Kissen nicht ausprobieren, sonst bleibt man darauf sitzen, sobald man die Verpackung öffnet (allein das ist schon Betrug und rechtlich nicht vertretbar!)
Bei Versuch eines Stornos (bei mir 1 Tag nach Bestellung) ist dieser nicht möglich und es werden weitere Rabatte angeboten und man muss nun die Kissen mit oder ohne Rabatt nehmen oder behalten, denn wenn die Ware erstmal ausgeliefert ist, dann ist eine Rücksendung nur auf eigene Kosten und in der "Originalverpackung" möglich, d. h. ein Ausprobieren der Ware ist ausgeschlossen!
Der Kundendienst reagiert auf weitere Anfragen nicht mehr, da damit spekuliert wird, dass man die Ware auf Grund der hohen Rücksendekosten (ca. 26 Euro nach Litauen) schon behalten wird.
Den Newsletter kann man übrigens auch nicht abbestellen und nur in den Spamordner verschieben. Mein Fazit: Finger weg von DERILA! Und es als üble Abzocke verbuchen und das nächste mal VORHER bei Trustpilot vorbei schauen!

Update 20.7.24:
Nach der Bewertung erfolgte am 18.7.24 promt ein Schreiben des Kundensupports (vorher wurden meine Schreiben ignoriert!), der mir eine Erstattung des Kaufpreises ankündigte und auf Rücksendung der Ware verzichtete. Daher Erhöhung der Bewertung nur um 1 Stern.
Da ich bislang die Kissen nicht ausprobiert habe, kann ich zur Qualität noch nichts sagen. Wenn sich die Kissen als gut erweisen, werde ich die Bewertung nochmals anpassen.

I (regrettably) ordered 2 king size pillows from Derila. When the vacuum packed pillows arrived, were opened and allowed to expand they were about the size of standard pillows. After sending an email to Derila about the size received vs. the (Googled) size of king size pillows, they responded that the pillows received “were king size”. After 5 emails with no acceptable response, I advised I wanted a full refund! Their response was that I had to return the (incorrect) pillows at my expense, in the original packaging, before they would issue a refund… “full refund?” They were vacuum packed/shrunk and wouldn’t fit in the original packaging… if I still had it. I will not spend more money on return shipping. The incorrect items ordered were not my problem! Buyer beware! Many negative comments found after I trusted the order to be accurate and they have my money…

Deducted triple the amount i agreed on. Then refused refund. There is a Facebook group of Derila pillow scam with many members. Do not buy from DERILA.

I ordered From Derila.com by internet page a Derila Pillow, ordering date was 25the of May 2024.Supplier send me order confirmation number #02V1097. by email.

The pillow arrived 4th 0f July. I was not satisfied and decided to return it. I send an email to Derila and they response to me 7th of July and asked me to follow "return steps".

Then Elizabeth from Derila reposed to me and made a offer and discount if i dont return the pillow. But I already send the pillow to them and paid return fee. Parcel was in the post office for pick up but Derila never picked up the return item. Now the parce is coming back to me.

Also I send them an Email telling at please pick up the parcel whic contain the item I am returning. Derila never return to my email.

Today I went to see Paypal page if the return payment has arrived and found at the company name is Convenity UAB not Derila ????

So after all I feel at I am not getting adequate response from Derila. My mistake was tot to see qualifications from this page Traustpilot before ordering the pillow, because here in Trustpilot I can dee at this Derila has poor aftersales service.

Update 10.7.2024. Derila send me an email and Ask me to evaluate The pillow and I used this opportunity to give them feedback about poor service I received.
Quicly Derila responsed and send me a refund and Derila apolized poor service, they also send me a free gift. Also they ask me to update this evaluation here in Trustpilot.
