I spoke to multiple Dermadry reps and each and every one of them were patient, kind, and attentive to my needs. Truly one of the best customer service companies, which is so important when dealing with something so personal.

Dermadry has made a huge difference to my sons life .Their 24/7 customer service is the best. All my problems have been sorted efficiently.

This machine has changed my life from going to being socially awkward about having to hug or hold hands or even shake hands to having total confidence with doing this now that the sweat is gone, and if I go to more human places, knowing if I just do a little bit more maintenance throughout the week that it will also stay away After you have gotten down to where I can use it to two times a week 100% result

I've suffered from Hyperhidrosis since I can remember, especially in the feet and hands.
Unless you have it it's hard to explain how debilitating it can be. Shaking hands, going barefoot on holidays, even writing with a pen sometime just wernt an option.

I've tried nearly everything at this stage so thought I would give dermadry a go after seeing all the positive reviews. My wedding is coming up and all I could think about was holding hands at the ceremony and putting the ring on, and wearing heels that I'd be slipping in all day.

I genuinely can't belive how well it's worked.
My hands took approx 2 weeks to see the full results using the device every day and for my feet about 10 days. I'm at the maintenance now where I am doing each 1-2 times per week.
Zero sweat, at all. It's unbelievable!

It's the simple things for me like being able to hold hands, or wear sandles.

I would and have highly recommended this product without hesitation.

Product doesn't work for some people, because of skin resistance to the electric signal.

It worked for me when I tested it, but not for my girlfriend (who is the one with hyperhidrosis)

Even worse, when I contacted support to get a refund, they said it was "outside the return window" which is utter BS because, they're the company, they can do whatever they want.

I told them the entire story, they refused to honor a refund. I would recommend against buying anything from overpriced Dermadry.

After a slight delay getting the machine through UK customs it finally arrived (amazing customer support throughout to keep me updated on the delivery status) Started on a very low setting as advised, and now 3 weeks in I use it on full power (just feels like strong pins and needles for a short period, and then subsides) I started noticing results after just a few treatments, now after treatment 9 my hands are so much dryer! I work in quite a stressful job, I would often get anxious, and my hands would start to sweat. This has now subsided by ~85%, I would estimate. Whether it's in my head or not, I'm not sure, but I actually feel less anxious as a whole, now that my hands are dryer. Would 100% recommend

My 15 year old daughter has experience Hyperhydrosis since she was a child. She couldn't hold hands in class, She could see people wiping their hands after touching her and it made her very self conscious and paranoid. Because of underarm sweat she would wear layers and layers of clothing in 100 degree heat so you couldn't see her sweat. It affected her physically, socially and mentally.
We tried creams, pills, and finally Dermadry!
Dermadry is the only thing that has worked!! Her doctor mentioned Dermadry and we ordered it immediately. Service was fast, directions were easy and she saw improvement within the month. She no longer feels self conscious and is more social at school. She is comfortable in working it. Please if you have this condition or know someone who does, get this for them, its a miracle...

I bought a second-hand Dermadry ampit kit off Ebay last month and I'm so glad I did! I have hyperhidrosis and I swear the sweat that my pits produce is always stanky - I reckon I have heaps of apocrine glands in me.

I've tried all types of deodorants, antiperspirants, cleansers, supplements, it was getting frustrating. I was contemplating on getting botox but I have growth in my pits and I was afraid they would become malignant if I got botox.

I've used Dermadry for a few weeks now and my pit sweat has reduced by 80-90% - it's unbelievable! Now I just sweat in the folds of my fatty armpits - I have to find a way to treat those parts.

I just use a small amount of natural deodorant now, but I'm so much more confident as I can no longer smell myself. My husband has also stopped teasing me about my sweaty pits (although he used to say he loved the smell, but it just made me more conscious). LOL

I wish there was something for boob and groin sweat. I might get the pads for hands and feet in the future but not urgent as my hands and feet don't smell.

My experience with purchasing the Dermadry for my child has been unsatisfactory.
Beyond the device feeling fragile low quality, the actual iontophoresis was a complete letdown. It did not work as well as promised. To make matters worse, there were instances when it gave my son unexpected shocks.
The company claimed that insurance would cover the device, which turned out to be false. When I reached out to support to resolve this insurance issue, they were equally unhelpful, leaving me with these unresolved issues and extra costs. Disappointing experience overall.

The concept itself does work but it took 2-3 months to see results as my sweating is so severe. That being said, my first device broke within less than 2 years of having it and even though they offer a 5 year warranty, I had to jump through hoops to prove I didn’t break it….. why would I break a device that I literally need to function as a normal human?? So I had to wait 6 weeks, going back and forth with them, finally getting a new device sent only after I threatened to take it to the ACCC (and after I’d spent $60 on a new adapter because they kept saying it was the adapter and cords, not the actual machine, which was wrong) So, by the time I got it, it took a month to have an effect because it had been so long. Their customer service is ok but they try to blame you for everything. Now, after 2 months or so, the “brand new” adapter has also already broken. Here I go, jumping through hoops again proving I didn’t break the damn thing; again, why would I!!
They’ve soooo kindly “offered” for ME to BUY another $60 adapter! After just saying they’d provide a free one and I’d “just” have to pay shipping. I shouldn’t have to f***ing pay for anything when your products are just s**t!
And not only all of this, they are false advertising. They claim their devices are $500 “down from $1200”. They have never been more than $500….. no one would pay/be able to afford $1200 for a dodgy device! I would never buy dermadry again.

Dermadry is absolutely phenomenal. I have suffered from extreme hyperhidrosis for years. I have tried everything to cure it, but nothing really worked. I have been using Dermadry for several months and finally my hyperhidrosis is under control. It does require maintenance in order to see the best results. However it's worth it. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who has this uncomfortable disease.

Been using it for my hands for the past few months and it's worked surprisingly well. Easy to set up and I've seen a bigger improvement than anything else I've tried so far.

Really helped get my hyperhidrosis under control. I went from worrying about underarm stains to now no longer having much of an issue.

I've struggled with sweaty hands (mainly when nervous) since I was a kid. Even just thinking about my hands sweating caused them to sweat. After using this product for three weeks my hands now stay dry when I'm nervous and even if I try to make them perspire they still stay dry. What a life saver! The company's customer support is excellent as well and promptly replies to questions.
