I've used the machine for about a month now, and it seems to work well! I'm excited to see how my situation improves over the next several months!

OMG! This machine truly works! I was skeptical at first, but after talking to my dermatologist about the device I decided to give it a try. And Im so happy I did! This machine really works, so convenient and cost effective! No need for botox injections for underarms anymore! Just follow the instructions and enjoy sweat free underarms! Totally recommend!

After many years of uncontrolled sweating, my 20yo son is dry and happy after only 2 days. To say i was skeptical is an understatement, it is now two months and we are incredibly happy. The Dr had advised botox, medication and finally surgery to cut the nerve, so happy not to have to go down this path

I ordered the Dermadry device last year and have used it with great results. It's an expensive piece of equipment, but as a one-time purchase that significantly improves your quality of life - I would say it's definitely worth it.

I've seen some of the reviews below are complaining that the machine is painful to use. The recommended advice is to use the 'highest comfortable setting' so you need to figure out what is best for you. I'd recommend starting low-medium and then going higher if you're coping with that. It takes about 3 weeks before you start seeing consistent dryness in your hands/feet/underarms. Initially you might find that you actually start sweating more than you did before (this happened to me, and it's quite frustrating at first, but just stick with it!)

I suffer from eczema on my hands which means that I have to have the machine on a fairly low setting otherwise it's too painful. Therefore it takes a bit longer before you start seeing results. It helps to use vaseline (patroleum jelly) on any cuts/eczema or irritated skin before you begin the treatment as well.

You are allowed to split the payments into 12 month installments which helped me financially. Unfortunately the device started to malfunction after 12 months of use, but I contacted Dermadry customer support with evidence of the problem and explained that it was recently purchased. Wesley was fantastic and a new device was shipped out to me (in the UK) within a week. I just can't fault this company and their product - absolutely fantastic!

I tried this device when it's appeared on market in 2018. On their website everything looks nice and fancy, but I used it with no effect. You can buy much better devices than this one.

If I could give it Zero stars, I would! Support is all helpful before you purchase the machine but it ends there. Not that big of a deal, if it would work, but it didn't. Just a minor improvement maybe, not worth it.

I've been suffering from hyperhidrosis for so many years, really since I can remember. When I was a teen it got really bad in my armpits and deodorants were just not working for me. I think I must have tried every single one in the store. I recently saw a video on youtube was talking about hyperhidrosis and Dermadry. I'm not gonna lie, I was a bit skeptical but eventually convinced because I figured it was worth a shot.

Fast forward to now and I can't believe how much dryer I am. It took a couple of weeks to see results, but once i did it was really night and day. I can actually wear grey clothing and shirts without worrying about sweat showing through. The treatments are easy enough and I just do them while doing other things, they go by quickly.

I really recommend this machine to anyone who has hyperhidrosis. If you are like me and used to shove toilet paper under your arms to try to keep the sweat from showing on your shirt, try this out trust me. It's really a life saver and confidence booster. Can't recommend enough, its worth its price.

Therapy with this device is ineffective! I was trying it for few months according their instructions and nothing happened. I am still sweating really bad:-(

I don´t know where to begin, therapy was very painful and uneffective:-( I was trying this device 4 months without any effect and seller is not communicating with me. No moneyback guarantee, no money, I don´t know what to do now:-((( In my opinion is dermadry only scam for people who are suffering from excessive sweating like me. Thiefs!

I had bad expeirence with Dermadry, I placed my order and when I saw the SMS fro the bank that they have deducted USD 1283 instead AED 1283. Please be careful purchasing the goods from them.

Unfortunately poor experience, I was trying dermadry device 3 moths, but the biggest success was 4 days without sweating.

As many hyperhidrosis sufferers will know, sweat is so much more than sweat.

I had been suffering with palmar hyperhidrosis since the age of 9. It ruined my self-confidence and self-esteem. By the age of 20, I refused to let anyone touch me and only socialised with my immediate family and best friend. Honestly, it was hell.

I spent the decade seeing numerous doctors, consultants, psychiatrists... all pumping me full of drugs that solved nothing and telling me that my condition wasn't curable.

About 9 months ago, I bought the Dermadry machine (after specialists told me not to waste my money, claiming it didn't work) - my life has completely changed since.

The first week I was VERY sweaty, but afterwards my hands and feet became as dry as a bone and have been ever since! Not only has the iontophoresis stopped my hands sweating, they have made me feel human again. I can comfortably go out with my friends, present in front of groups, shake other people's hands...

To all the other sufferers out there, do not ever let anybody undermine how much of an effect this can have over you and please never give up looking for a remedy🥰

Postage was very quick from Canada to the UK and the machine itself is good quality. It all comes together in a handy plastic case which makes it easy to store. The instructions are detailed and I found it fairly straightforward to use; some advice around which voltage to start on would have been useful because I was a bit confused about that. I did my first session today, so it’s hard to say if it will work long-term but I’m hopeful. The only downside was the import charges (£50 for UK!) but that’s not Dermadry’s fault.
