Bei meinem pom verwende ich das ganze Set nach Anleitung seit April.
An der Brust hat es minimal geholfen an den Schultern leider nicht. Die Haut ist immer noch grau... was kann ich noch tun?

The products itself are amazing. But this company is the worst I've ever had contact with. The first order I did, they didn't had the products in store and it took over 6 months to deliver it. They told me that they would pay back my shippingcost, which they never did. I run out of all the packages and decided to do a new delivery. I transferred the money by bank and after that it was complete radio silence. Trying to get in contact with them was terrible. They ignore almost all messages. Also the phone number isn't available when calling. After emailing them every day, (this was going on for months) they said again, that they will transfer back the shipping cost. Ofcourse, never happend. And finally I got my packages. But it were the wrong products. I still try to get in touch with them, but all my messages are ignored. I would not recommend to order here. This was my last time. I cant sell my packages like this. Also, they dont sent an invoice, which is terrible when you have your own company, because the tax isn't refundable. I also asked for this months, but is also ignored.

It's a scam. I placed an order for 178€. I haven't received anything and no one responds to my emails.

Y nunca enviaron el código de seguimiento de envío.
He intentado comunicarme con ellos y no me han dado solución, lo único que me queda es hablar con mi banco para ver de qué forma me hacen el reintegro del dinero.
Qué experiencia tan horrible de compra, me siento estafada después de más de 10 días pagado y no me solucionen nada.

For about a month, my dog experienced severe itching that became so intense she would cry when certain areas on her back were touched. What a bad experience! Without knowing all the facts.

Wie das Produkt ist, kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da wir von unserer Bestellung von 5 Artikeln nur 3 erhalten haben. Trotz vielfacher Nachfragen und email Verkehr wurden die fehlenden 2 Artikel nicht mehr an uns versandt. Zu Beginn wurden die verschiedensten Gründe genannt, warum die Ware noch nicht verschickt wurde. Zum Schluss bekamen wir als Antwort auf unsere Nachfragen, dass wir ja schon alles erhalten hätten. Sehr unseriös, wie ich in vielen anderen Bewertungen gelesen habe, war das leider kein Einzelfall !!!

Hallo, ich habe ein Set, bestehend aus 5 Artikeln bestellt und diese sofort online bezahlt.
Zwischenzeitlich sind 4 Wochen vergangen, wir haben mindestens 10 mal email Verkehr gehabt und mir wurden nur 3 der bestellten Artikel geschickt. Dies aber auch erst nach vielfachem mahnen !!!
Die letzten 2 Artikel wollen Sie auch nicht schicken, da Sie behaupten, bereits alle 5 geschickt zu haben.
Es wurden immer wieder Versprechungen und Zusagen getätigt, nur passiert ist nichts.

I had ordered once before and the products arrived like normal, this time THEY NEVER CAME.

They didn’t even contact me to try and explain what happened.

I have the same problem, I placed an order on their website 2 weeks ago, I still haven't received any package or awb number, only an apology from them when I write them an email and that I will come back with an explanation of what is not happening .
AFter a month I received the package, I will come back with the contents of the package

Okay, so they asked me to put up a good review and that is not what I’m gonna do. This is a SCAM!!! We ordered products worth of 100€ which were never to be shipped! The phone number is FAKE!! I found their private phone number and pressed them for days on to refund me, which they eventually did. It took me numerous emails and texts, expensive overseas calls and so much stress but they did give me my money back. Promised they would send the package anyway, but they did not. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND THEIR WEBSITE! They do not care that it is your sick pet in question, they are emotionless and money hungry.

Happy happy happy! My dog is so much better thank you Dermagic Europe for your customer care and helpful staff. Superb products and superb results. I tried so many other shampoos with no results and although it took a few months of using the pack, the results are showing so well.

Super happy with my delivery, the Dermagic range works and the hair is growing back. Used it for 3 weeks and so positive. Thank you

Exellent store and the advice is very helpful, I have ordered my sixth pack and my dog is back to his old self. Delivered quickly and always there to help.

J’ai commandé le 14 juin et je n’ai toujours pas reçu de mail de confirmation de ma commande et donc aucune info sur l’envoi du colis.
J’ai écris deux mails qui sont restés sans réponse.

I spent 70€ here and I never got a notice of them sending the items out . I called they said call back
I called back they told me to call back again ..
I sent over 4emails and they just don’t answer or sent apologies but never send a tracking number or anything .

I ordered 4 months ago. I paid the money per bank at the beginning of March. I never received the products I paid for, nor got a reply to my mail or messages I left on the answering machine since nobody replies the telephone.

I ordered months ago! Never got my products, never got any sort of refund even after sending MANY mails. Always a "good" excuse to justify the delay. I Don't care. I had soooo much time to order somewhere else. I just want my money back at this point. It's a shame, don't buy anything there!
