Carpet delivery fine
Carpet delivery fine. Carpet itself is a good carpet, however carpet had a musty smell that has taken ages to get rid of. ( Review written 10 months after ordering)

Hi Simon, I am sorry to read that you have a concern about your carpet. Carpets, particularly those made of wool, can have an odour that will dissipate over time. There are also some tips and suggestions we can give you, so please can I ask you contact us with more information, and we will get this looked into as soon we reopen in the New Year - info@designer-carpet.co.uk
