Mel really looked after us on our visit and explained everything about the sofa and chairs we were interested in. We were very impressed and went ahead with our order and cannot wait to sit on the luxury leather seating that we have chosen. Had it not been for the way Mel handled the sale with great professionalism, we very likely would have still been looking and gone to other stores.

We bought a sofa from Chris at Brent Cross store he really went out of his way to help us. We didn’t release he was the manager until other members of staff kept asking him to assist. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a sofa to go in and wait for Chris his due out to our house for a colour confirm this week and his knows how to go above and beyond
