Ciaran at the Belfast branch was a breath of fresh air for our sofa shopping journey. All day we were hit with lack of product knowledge or the "hard sell" from other retailers. Ciaran gave us all of the information that we needed and helped us to make the right choice of sofa and even helped personalise it to help with my mum's bad back by showing us the electric lumbar support options on her new recliner. Overall it was an amazing experience and we're so glad that we bought our sofa here. Thanks for all the help Ciaran and we can't wait until our new sofa arrives. 10/10 😊

Visited on Saturday 11th April 2026. Excellent relaxing showroom, no heavy sales pitch or anything as soon as you walk in. Able to wonder freely at own pace. Staff extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their products answering every question clearly and concisely. Makes me want to buy sofa every week lol.
