Excellent quality and perfectly designed case for my pixel 9. Was a little worried when the website preview showed a different camera cut out, but it came through as the correct case with my custom made design printed really well on the back. Crazy good value for money!

Ordered paid, no item ever sent for delivery. No customer service, phone line dead, online message dead no replies to emails.

AVOID - absolute scammers. Ordered a case from them. Received an email that I would I’d be notified when it out for shipping but usually takes 1-3 business days to print and dispatch. Order the case on the 27/5/26 still haven’t received it. Have spoken with their online bot several times they have said email this address which I have on 3 separate occasions and had no response at all. The bot then said they would escalate it twice and still nothing. I’m going to have to claim this payment back through my bank. Absolutely disgraceful company. If I could give 0 stars I would. Im assuming all these good reviews are completely fake.

I received a case on the 20th of April from Design My Case, which I noticed had several printing defects on it. I reached out the same day to their customer service email, which responded after several follow-up emails were sent. My email was apparently forwarded to management for review on the 30th of April.

After some more follow-ups, on the 13th of May, a customer support manager said that they had escalated it "to ensure an immediate response and resolution".

Almost a month on, after several more follow-ups, I have not received that response, let alone a resolution. I'm doubtful at this point if I even will.

Annoyingly, I have used cases from Design My Case before, and they've been a high quality (hence the two star review, rather than one) - this is the first time I've had such an issue. At this point, however, it looks like I'm stuck with a faulty case, since their customer support has ignored a month and a half's worth of emails. In the future, I'll most likely consider alternative stores in order to avoid the risk of having to deal with customer support.

May 2026. Case was for a Samsung S21 with custom photo but it didn't remotely fit.

I contacted their customer support who responded quickly and after a couple of photos it turned out I'd been sent a case for an S22. New case issued and arrived quickly

The case looks nice, fits the phone well. HOWEVER, the case blocks NFC/contactless and is a huge inconvenience. Support took almost 2 weeks to respond despite several attempts at contact via live chat. On responding, I was told NFC is not compatible with the case and it's stated in the description of the case, which I can't seem to find anywhere. When I asked support to show me where it's stated they don't reply, which is not shocking at this stage. I was offered a discount on another case - why would I want another case when this one doesn't work as advertised?
