After having a bad experience with another company, we tried using design my logo, guess what? They are awesome!!! Our logo was designed within 2-3 days along with business card and letterhead design. We recommend this company.

We recently started a new restaurant in Hemel Hempstead. We needed a professional logo designed, We found DesignMyLogo through a Google Search. After placing an order, one of the designer (Matthew) called me straightaway and took some notes over the phone. The next day, Matthew came up with some VERY AWESOME DESIGNS! After a few amends/revisions, we had a lovely logo designed! I have no hesitation to recommend this company! I have already placed an order for Website design with them!

DesignMyLogo provided a first class service. It was extremely fast and they managed to turn my ideas into reality in 24hours. I asked them to revise it at least 8 times and I have ended up with a logo that is absolutely perfect AND for very little money. Thanks DesignMyLogo!!!!

We ordered a logo, via the top package, and did not receive our first design until 3 working days! (So much for 24 hours). Designs were poor, spelling mistakes, lettering was not level, file formats were not correct.

NO REFUND PROVIDED> DesignMyLogo refused to provide us a refund for some unknown reason.

So we have no LOGO, and we are £114.00 out of pocket. We have since instructed our debt recovery agency to take action. I feel this company is just a very small office with one person operating a failing business ( My personal view )
I think they write their own reviews. ( this has not been confirmed at this time ) Yes they are cheap, Yes they are rubbish! Spend a little extra and have it done with a professional company. Do NOT approach these people for business.

Standard of logos provided I didn't feel were satisfactory for my requirements. Money back refund eventually provided. Wouldn't use again.

Recommend these guys for designing your company logo. Started with some ideas I wanted for my company logo and they came back with samples and fine tuned it till I was satisfied. It was easy as 123. Great service at a great price!

I paid for the silver service which included designs by two designers, however, I only had one designer work on my account. I was contacted by the PM on my account who assigned another designer and produced a second design which was strong.

Both designers produced good work and I have recommended DesignMyLogo to friends.

I knew what I wanted, a new logo, I didn't know how to go about getting one. I found design yogi through Web search and 48 hours later I had three designs to chooses from. Beginning to end of the process great communication and the process did not need any great technical know how from me, SIMPLES.

Needless to say we were so impressed we used them again for other projects.

We commissioned this company to design a logo as they appeared to have a rock solid Guarantee: "100% Satisfaction, OR You Get 100% REFUND!"

In fact, they dedicate a whole page of their website saying how expert they are and how they guarantee satisfaction.

The designs they produced for us were amateurish, rushed and of a quality a 5 year old could have produced. No problem we thought, they have a Satisfaction Guarantee.

The moment we tried to contact them for a refund, all emails are ignored and PayPal will not refund as they craftily route their sales through 2Checkout so you have to try to get a refund through them.

So, we've lost our money and have no logos - STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DON'T BELIEVE MANY OF THE REVIEWS ON HERE!!

I opted for the base Silver package and was reassured by the excellent reviews on display and the blurb on the site that I would get top quality designs and service. After providing a full and detailed design brief, with clear instructions of what I wanted, I was expecting something original and creative. I received my first draft design almost 2 days later, when the site clearly states I'll receive these in 24 hours, and then when I did receive this, it was an exact copy of something that already exists and is used by another company! It took 24 hours for a Project Manager to get back to me regarding my complaint - after I had to chase!!! - who said nothing of this, and simply assigned me another designer. Opting for the benefit of the doubt, I then received new designs, which I did not like and asked for a review, providing guidance and an example of what i wanted - only then to be served yet again another EXACT copy of something that already exists!! I did not receive any further communication from the PM, nor an AM, and no one bothered to get in touch to see how they could rectify this. Needless to say, a refund was processed; however, whether I am a Silver or Platinum paying customer, I expect a decent customer experience - both in terms of the design brief expectations, and the customer service! I received neither from Desing My Logo, and am very disappointed.

The service was great!!, i was very happy with the designs and the service which the company offered, logo designs were really quick and up to a very high standards.

I would recommend this service to any business looking forward to creating any logo designs as they are GREAT!!
