I got my first draft quickly and my second draft the next day. I spoke to Adam who was polite and very helpful and they adjusted it until I was happy. A great job.

I took what felt like a big chance commissioning a logo over the Internet, without meeting the designers. It has turned out to be a great decision! DesignMyLogo were very easy to work with, always responding quickly and directly to my requests and producing some eye-catching designs. I'm really pleased with the final design and and have to say the whole process was very low stress for me. I'd certainly go back to them in future and would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely excellent service recieved from designmylogo designer with the luxury of unlimited revisions, it enabled me try out different colours and font types until I was satisfied with the final result which was priceless.
There was also the luxury of excellent communication with the designer on basecamp.

I wasn't too impressed with first two logo designs. I asked for a review of one of the designs, however was still unhappy with design. I asked for my refund, when a project manager contacted me a few days later. He asked if they could have a chance to rectify. I then received a very good working design and after a few revisions was very happy with final result. We got there in the end :)

The First 2 custom design concepts presented was breath taking this was done within 24hrs. I only made one revision which was to to change the colour.
