Designs do come back quickly. The volume of designs coming back is great, but the quality is poor so it takes forever to finalize a request. The designs coming back seem all from an intern, someone without a lot of experience or talent, not a professional. If you're looking to just start up and get somethings up and going and don't have the time, they're great. But when you need better higher quality designs that matter, we haven't had any success.

Design Pickle came in and transformed the way we do all our design work. They have a great onboarding process for new clients. The designers on staff are professional, creative, and very accommodating to design needs and priorities. The project platform is also easy to learn and navigate. The promise is BIG "Get high quality designs from a dedicated designer". The challenge is the designs you get back are far and away from the quality of the sample designs on Design Pickle's website. I had to work incredibly hard to get designs anywhere near the quality I expect from a premium design platform. By the end of my first month I had to give up trying and cancel my subscription.

Make sure you watch the reviews in YouTube. There is one about 13 minutes long that gives a solid experience to consider before moving forward.

Pay attention to what it is that you are asking and what the sales rep is offering.

I had a much harsher review earlier however a rep from the org contacted me and offered a full refund. Admittedly, that was very reasonable and I truly appreciated the acknowledging that.

Design Pickle is always consistent in delivering what we needed on a weekly basis, great collaborating with when it comes to feedback (which was sometimes pretty broad and lacking details), our project manager is always keeping us up to date on what projects are in the queue and is always available to answer any questions we may have. Two things I love about Design Pickle in particular is 1) the quick turnaround time (24hrs in most cases), and 2) the ability to prioritize projects over others. Our team uses this platform a lot to get ahead on projects and instead of every new request going to the top, we can prioritize based on due-date ourselves!

I would recommend Design Pickle to anyone who is looking for professional graphics design help no matter how big or small. They are extremely professional, always deliver to expectation (and more), and are pleasure to work with.

Design Pickle created 37 high-resolution image files for the print version of a book I am publishing. The designer, Nicolei Tan, did a superb job of taking my original PowerPoint and Word images and turning them into high-res images for print. Nicolei's communications to me were perfect and she turned the work around in a very short period of time.

The company does a really good job of communicating and working with the user to turn in requests in an efficient manner. I don't have any technical design experience but their reps, especially Pat, have always steered me in the most efficient way to get what I'm looking for.

Design Pickle has allowed us to offer quicker turnaround times for various graphics requests that we simply cannot support in-house -- our volume is too high for the resources we have.
