Overall very disappointing

Design Pickle has changed our business lives!! We appreciate the quality, swiftness of turning around products, and the friendly and easy communication with our designer. Highly recommend!

This is one of the worst companies I've dealt with in 25 years of business. They auto-renewed a contract for nearly $13k that I wasn't using and then refused to refund. Unethical business STAY FAR AWAY!

My partner and I needed an alternative to FIVERR and we found it in DESIGN PICKLE ... Mercedes did an excellent job as our contact by providing regular updates while also keeping our project on schedule ... but what I liked most is that her team did not force their vision on us ... early in the project, they expressed concerns about our specs and asked us to remain open to their suggestions, which we did ... after reviewing their mockups and preliminary samples, we then offered a few counter-suggestions which they promptly implemented ... and with that, the project was completed without any bloodshed ... her team provided a more open and consultative approach then I ever experienced on Fiverr ... a real breath of fresh air ... if the need arises, we'll definitely engage them again.

We've been working with Design Pickle for less than 1/2 year and for our small company, the stability of always having someone on the other end to help has been the greatest relief. The quality, integrity and professionalism have been high.

Unfortunately, it's a scam company. Design Pickle sold a lifetime deal for their media library, Freshstock. But now, they have removed all people's access, even though it was sold as a lifetime deal. The excuse is that their system no longer supports "Freshstock" only accounts. So now, you have to subscribe to a Design Pickle subscription to be able to access your lifetime deal for their media library, they call Freshstock. To be clear, it has always been the same company.

Although we already have a project management system, we were assured that your system would be able to integrate seamlessly. However, after signing up, we received a new set of instructions that revealed some limitations. It turns out that our system cannot integrate with yours as promised. Additionally, the intake and initial setup for each project require a lot more details than initially explained.

We are currently reevaluating the process, our roles, responsibilities, and the work needed to fully utilize your service. We are at a stage of reassessment.

Great job, highly recommend.
Would give them the 5th star if they had more communication on the turnaround time. They claim 24 hours, which has been my experience when my request is the first in the queue. However, since I share this with my organization I often am not sure how long to expect turn around time. It would be nice to get some request timeline estimates when I submit a project.

However, overall their team has been great and I am a happy product user. I especially appreciate that they have given the option to have their work produced in Canva, which allows for greater flexibility on my part as a customer.

Responsive and creative design resources when you give thoughtful context and direction.

We've used Design Pickle for templates, polish and adding design to new frameworks we're creating. The clearer you are about direction and focus areas, the better result. The tools help with prioritization and customer support provides a conduit when needed to accelerate focus on one area vs. another. A solidly postive experience.

Highly communicative, great designs, fast turnarounds

Overall, this is a great UX to place design request ticket. A plus when it comes to get the raw files.

Our digital marketing agency was skeptical of Design Pickle. Could an unknown team of designers you’ve never met or tried before and who offer super affordable rates really meet our standards? And could they do it reliably and with responsiveness every single day? The answer is a big Yes and Yes! And our clients are happy so it all works out and we will continue this collaboration as long as we can.

Design Pickle is a great creative source. You give them the outline or idea and they turn it into graphic/digital works of art. They definitely create things I would have never thought of and they do a great job. Turn around time has also improved.

Loyal user since 2017. Prices for this service have gotten out of range. Used to be awesome for my small agency to be able to rely on white-labeling, and then year by year they worked me out of my grandfathered pricing to the point that I could no longer afford it.

Flyers made in timely manner.

The team was incredibly fast and receptive to feedback. In the past i've worked at Fortune 500 with combo of in-house and external agencies and this service blew my mind. Overnight i've received new logos for sub-brands and new marketing landing page designs. So so fast and no hard feeling with direct feedback. Design Pickle is a perfect pairing with copy writing help from ChatGPT. Very efficient and incredibly cost effective.

Shocking quality of work. Sales team is A+, quality of work is beginner level. I assume it's because their designers have so much work to do at once they just use templates and generic designs. Very disappointed. Complete waste of money and time for us as a whole.
