I ordered a mini desc from them , it came fast and price was good. All was ok.

Probably the worst return & exchange policy I've ever seen. Received a under desk PC mount for Christmas which was purchased in late November. I've already got the exact same one, and wanted to exchange it for another product. It was outside the "7 day" policy. Ridiculous given that over the busiest retail period of the year you'd expect there to be flexibility with returns. Product is fine. 1 star review for policy and customer support (which was hopeless)

Ordered a sit-stand mini desk from Desky during the Black Friday sale. The build quality is excellent — sturdy, well-designed, and clearly made to last. I’d highly recommend it to anyone working from home and looking for a high-quality, space-efficient workstation.

I had questions about a stand up desk before i purchased. The team was quick to pick up the phone and talked me through what options i had, no hard sell, just genuine customer service.

Purchased Vanguard chair and it was delayed 2 times after showing up for delivery due to the sorting facility assigned package to the wrong driver. Terrible customer support as the manager hasn’t replied to my emails for the last 2 days. They use an unreliable shipping service, so your order may not arrive even after 9 days. I spent hours on hold with the shipping company’s customer service. It has been a terrible experience.

It is rare to come across a manual that has clear instructions. The video tutorial was extremely helpful and made it really easy to assemble. Absolutely love my new standing desk!

I think this company is a scam. I ordered a $45 tablet holder and then got an email saying their logistics costs have gone up. Apparently they would normal ask for an extra $55 to cover freight but would ask me to only pay $30 more. I replied that I would not pay extra and asked for a refund. They refunded my purchase immediately. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them.
