This is a review of the companies Facial recognition/solar charging door lock. Overall a very good product. Some suggestions to improve it are a note in the instructions to state that it is recommended to pre-charge the battery before installation. The facial recognition is not 100% accurate. It sometimes fails to open the lock however a second try is usually successful. The lock appears rugged and should be long lasting.

I had a problem with the K140 Plus lock in not calibrating, notified Desloc and they replied back quickly, and when the lock wouldn't work they replaced it. The lock works very well with the palm unlocking and other features, works with alexa and wifi.

Bought Model K120, easy to install long battery life, rechargeable battery, within my budget, very good product!

So far i like the lock. Wish it had option for 4 number code. Lock seems to be well built

Its a very nice looking smart lock with latest upgraded features along with fast response at reasonable prices.

What made my decision was all the options to unlock, they look great, and they integrate with Google Home.

Solid lock so far. With some significant upgrades to the Schlage Encode that just broke down on me. I'm liking the auto-lock door sensor and the palm vein reader is like using "the force" to manipulate objects.

The app could use a bit of polishing and additional features and I'm hoping that Desloc will accept suggestions and integrate them quickly. Happy so far!

The installation was simple and easy to follow the instructions. Programming the lock and adding fingerprints was also simple.

First lock wasn’t right and they sent out a new one right away!!!

I just ordered 3 door Handel dead bolt combinations. Took ma a minute to download the DESLOC app. I have a B200L and I use the app TTLock. Love the locks. The only thing I wish came with the black locks is black strike plates and black lock plates. I think that’s what they’re called.

Fast and smooth shipping. Lock is easy to put up and set up . Looking forward to use for many years to come

The device seems cheaply made, not great quality.
I dislike the fact that I need to pay a fee to unlock features such as low battery warning.
I mistakenly purchased the lock with wifi Alexa support, completely useless and you need to install a hub that doesn't come with a power block.
Would I buy again...probably not, I would look for different offerings.
