Installation was flow less. Instructions were clear and set up was very easy and fast, the rechargeable battery is a plus.

Fantastic service and they responded wry quickly to any questions you have. Door lock works great.

Locks feels a bit cheaply made and battery life and remote locking have yet to be fully tested but overall I was very impressed with this lock and handle set for the price. Looks sharp and comes with lots of great features in terms of options to open and close - fingerprint, fob, pin code etc. Was also reasonably easy to download the app and configure settings.

I spoke to customer service and I got excellent service.

This site is too expensive having to pay for each word you say they need to have a membership with a reasonable fee I also doubt that many of the profiles I read are a real people I think it's very AI influenced and especially when most pictures or most profiles have 15 to 18 pictures that are all as fashion models not something that you would truly believe

Fast shipping, easy installation, and smooth operation! I can’t say enough about the lock! The app is great too!
Only things I would have liked is a way to use my old key with the new lock and a way to open the lock with out having to touch it or use the app.

Great lock and easy to setup. Very responsive with the fingerprint.

I'm 83 years old ,female .installed myself . Took more time to wake it up to give it my information .it was not clear about the number they were requesting .Found that by accident .I love the lock .

This lock was just…ok. When it rained our fingerprints NEVER worked. You also had to have your fingerprint just “right” on the pad. Ended up replacing it with a Kwikset halo touch, definitely work the extra money!

UPDATE…. the company reached out to me and offered me a new updated lock (which was awesome), I installed the new lock and it works perfectly!!! Would definitely buy again!

This lock has been amazing. I love the options available for unlocking, especially the fingerprint option. I like that you can control it from far away via WiFi and that you can create temporary codes to allow people access. Some of the directions could have been more clear. Some functions and settings had to be learned by trial and error, but overall a great lock. I bought a second one because we liked it so much. I like being able to get notifications for when the lock is used and being able to see a report. Those options will be great for Airbnb use. Waking the lock up after it goes to sleep can be a little confusing. Sometimes when you touch the screen to wake it up a number is entered and sometimes it just wakes it up without entering the first number. I wish there was a dedicated button to wake it up that was not part of any code for entry. I’m hoping this doesn’t cause difficulty for new tenants trying to gain entry.

Customer service apologized for the poor response and refunded. Not only that, they offered to send a new correct size version for free. I think they have complete redeemed themselves and I wanted to reflect my appreciation. Kudos.

Delivered on time

The lock doesn’t work. We installed it and it won’t work with the app or close with a code. Not worth the money.

Seen ads for this lock for some time. Tried a different brand that was cheaper when I should have gotten this one instead. The price was good and delivered fast. Packaged very well and the instructions for install were very clear and easy. Took about 15 minutes to install and get set up. The app is very easy to use so I getting codes and fingerprints set up is really easy. Very happy so far and will be getting more in the very near future.
