I was looking for light furniture so I can move them easy so rattan 2 seater was perfect. Very unfortunately I didn't know there is choice of colour for cover so got what shown on the site.

The conservatory furniture I purchased from Desser is lovely. It is very comfortable, great quality and looks great.

My sofa and armchair looks amazing I am so pleased with it . Everyone passes remarks ,it looks so lovely. I have now ordered another armchair ,can’t wait for it to arrive. Thank you Desser &Co.

We are delighted with the quality and style. The chairs and sofa feel strong and durable as well as elegant. The alternative colour for the cushions is every bit as nice as our original choice.

All staff at Desser are knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Our furniture is of highest quality in every respect. We are delighted with it. However, the delivery company Desser uses is simply appalling. Rude, unhelpful, obstructive and certainly not a white glove service. Our experience was one I would not like to repeat.

Given 4 stars due to delivery problem. Very pleased with generous fabric samples, pictures and details on website which ensured a successful order.Delivered on selected day. Desser deliver by 2 man team direct to room and take away all the packaging. Unfortunately this did not happen as two huge boxes left in room and third which didn’t fit through patio doors was left out on patio! We are elderly and struggled to move and unpack boxes. This service was not what we paid for. Desser offered to collect packaging. The suite of furniture is excellent.

Haven’t received the furniture so don’t know what it’s like. Not hopeful!!

The conservatory chairs are absolutely beautiful & I would highly recommend this company.

I have an older desser conservatory suite that required new cushions. My fabric was discontinued. I was able to choose up to 10 samples which arrived within a couple of days and from those chose a complementary fabric. New cushions arrived within a fortnight. Such a simple process

It’s beautiful furniture and was attempted to deliver before time which was delightful, but the overall experience hasn’t been pleasant.
Their delivery partner delivered half the suite outside the door and forgot the other half in their warehouse.
After calling them they sent them back to move it in which I had done for a chair and coffee table) so they moved the two seater sofa inside the house.
The remaining delivery was arranged after 5 days of the original delivery.
Desser claims it is delivery to your room of choice and that the delivery team will take back all the packaging.l but it is not down. You are left with huge cardboard boxes and lot of bubble wrap to dispose of yourself.

The initial email sent out to confirm order set out all the procedures and date for delivery of a three piece suite. It was exactly what happened to the letter.! We were even notified when the delivery was only 40 mins away besides having delivery confirmation on the previous evening.Also the goods are of a high standard of finish and looks--(We did spot a slight stitching defect in one of the cushion covers upon delivery but was more than pleased with the quick and more than satisfactory response to remedy this)

Beautiful furniture. Very happy with it. Slight problem with a small broken piece of cane but not worth asking for a replacement. Managed to repair ourselves with a piece of cane from a reed diffuser and looks like new.

We are quite pleased with Desser. Purchase made over the phone which was both straight forward and quick. Waited two weeks for delivery and was kept up to date on progress and delivery schedule.
On the day of delivery the delivery company driver called one hour before arrival which was appreciated. The one criticism I have is that I had to remind the delivery guys to unpack the boxes and take them away - minor issue but worth a mention methinks as they were ready to drop off and go!! Otherwise excellent service.

Apart from a couple of email slip ups, good service by Desser. Conservatory chairs sturdy, light weight design, stylish and very comfortable cushions. Short time line from order to delivery.

These chairs are beautifully made, and look stunning. They are also extremely comfortable.
I was worried that perhaps they might have a 'new' smell, as our daughter is very sensitive to chemical smells and VOCs, but no problems.
