Lily with Destify found me the perfect wedding venue in one day!
I tried to find a wedding venue that checked all the boxes for a month with no luck and then I stumbled upon Lily at Destify. With her help everything fell into place so quickly, we’re spending less money than expected (which is amazing in the wedding industry), and the location and venue could not be more perfect! She replied within minutes every time I asked a question or needed something. And it didn’t cost me a dime! I highly recommend Lily at Destify! She turned something super stressful into something really enjoyable and easy. Highly highly recommend! ❤️❤️

Karicely and Helen were amazing to work with!
After calling the hotel to ask about getting my down payment back, Karicely reached out to me very quickly with instructions on how the resort would consider price matching my rate. Once I sent in my information, Helen reached back to me that same day to let me know that she had approved a price match!

Helen was prompt and courteous. She let me know that our ground transportation was complete for the whole family and gave me advance notice about when airfare information would be needed prior to travel.

DO NOT GO!!!! DO NOT BOOOK!!!!! They lie and say you get your deposit back but YOU DO NOT!!!!!!!! The couple I was booked to go, she moved out...so wedding canceled!! Now we lost $300.00 because we were told that it was ""100% REFUNDABLE!! I am soooooo upset that the booked date is over 7 MONTHS AWAY... I they stole my $ NEVER, EVER WILL I EVER, EVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE OR ANY AND I MEAN ANY SISTER COMPANIES!!!! And we are retired and travel...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’d like to clarify that deposits are non-refundable, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which you reviewed and acknowledged at the time your deposit was placed. We understand there may have been some confusion, and we’re sorry if you were advised otherwise by the wedding couple.
Since your individual room was canceled while the wedding itself remains active, the deposit was retained to help cover the administrative and processing costs associated with the reservation. We do offer travel insurance to help protect against unforeseen circumstances; however, it appears this option was declined at checkout.
Additionally, we’d like to note that Destify is a travel agency and not the resort itself, so we do not have sister resort locations.
We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a wonderful rest of your week.

Just needed to add a guest’s middle as per your website. Tried it on-line but there was confusion when it stated for me to go into my dash board to check it and it showed no reservation. I called and spoke with Daniela, very sweet and fixed it in seconds. Thank you goes out to Daniela.
