From the reps quick response and information to greeting us at the airport to pre op check up right through to surgery and we'll after the staff were honestly made it easy to the after care . If anyone is questioning them selves to do ....DO IT

From Drs to nurses and everyone involved at Destination Beauty my experience was awesome start to finish. Dr NJ is amazing and so happy with my results.

My experience with destiny beauty was well thought through, from the very first day I arrived. The hotel and medical procedure went smoothly, despite needing a Cardiologist for additional assistance with lowering my heart rate, prior to surgery. The hospital care and nurses empathy and compassion was so caring.
My surgeon performed an amazing job and has transformed my body to an exceptional level.
I highly recommend destination beauty to whom ever needs a body transformation. 🥰😍

The staff were so responsive, I didn't wait for more than 30 seconds once the buzzer was pressed, the pain management was superior, these aspect are especially important when travelling solo, the Somerset experience was a real sense of community

The transport to appointments is great, so handy .
Afternoon tea is fabulous to be able to get out abit of you want to with other people recovering.
Everyone was lovely.
Having other people recovering at the hotel is the best. I’ve made lifelong friends

I had a ETT with lipo and arm lift. Overall I’m really happy with the results. With any major surgery there is pain and remorse at first but I’m so glad I have done it now.
The process was pretty smooth, always picked up and dropped off to appointments, appointment schedules delivered to my room, destination beauty service team that you could message at any time. It was great.

I was so thrilled that I went through Destination Beauty. Once I had my itinerary I knew I was in safe hands everything was clear & organised , from the moment I was collected from the airport to my drop off to the hotel being taken care of getting to and from the hospital for surgery & follow up appointments with the staff in the hospital being fabulous my surgeon being an awesome Person the hotel was great too very comfortable very obliging staff all very friendly. It was nice also the opportunity over breakfast every morning to make friends with other patients and share experiences we all help each other as well. I cannot fault anything. I felt safe protected and looked after the whole time. DB are very thorough . Anyone have doubts going to Thailand for surgery . Don’t have them it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself and affordable.

Destination Beauty was fantastic from beginning to end ☺️ Communication was great in the lead up to surgery. The nurses in the hospital were so kind, caring and helpful. ☺️ Dr NJ did a brilliant job and since having the surgery I have gained so much confidence and I'm back living life again ☺️ So I can't thank him enough ☺️

From the moment I made contact with destination beauty and my rep Yada and i began to exchange emails things were so easy to book and plan. I paid my deposit for myself and hubby to go over. And the 5 month wait began. Excitement grew ans before we knew it we were meet at the air port by the destination beauty drivers. All the anxiety was taken out of it the moment we saw his pink shirt. Polite and friendly we were handed our goody bag and taken to the hotel. Hotel is beautiful, the door men are so helpful as for all the lady's in reception. The heavenly spa on level 5 was absolutely Devine myself and hubby went there 5 times during our stay. Once we were admitted to hospital the nursing staff were thoughtful and caring and although English is not their first language myself and hubby enjoyed a good laugh with the nurses, the fabulous lady's that always had a smile on their face when bringing our meals. The sweet nurses that washed my hair and took such food care of me. And my absolutely favorite person DR Ring. Always has a smile on his face. I had ETT, BL,BA chin lipo inner thigh lipo and lipo to love handles and upper tummy lipo

I am in love with my belly button,my new boob's are gorgeous 😍 And my tummy tuck and stitching are amazing.
I'm truly thankful to DR Ring for how he has given me my confidence back. So much so that my last appointment with him today I asked him to book me in for a mid face lift

I'm coming back and it couldn't be soon enough.

The only thing I regret is I didn't come sooner

I found Destination Beauty such a great company. I was contacted promptly, and had many phone calls and emails which walked me through the entire process step by step. My Customer Service person Ruby was fantastic. She was kind, caring, and extremely helpful, always making sure that if I had any questions, to ask.
I was given a detailed itinerary, was met at the airport and driven to my hotel. Messages or updates were given to me the night before.
I was driven to the hospital for my pre-op checks, and after surgery was picked up from the hospital and taken back to the hotel.
All the staff were kind, professional and always had a smile.
I could not recommend Destination Beauty highly enough. Please consider them for your proceedure.

From first contact to quote everything was straight forward and easy. I felt heard and then very comfortable with the destination beauty team. From the choice of doctor to date of surgery, I felt in control. Timetable set,pre op requirements advised and schedule for arrival from Australia all taken care of. Very organised company.

My experience with Destination Beauty has been amazing, the main reason for my great experience is that everything is done for us, we don't have to arrange accommodation, transfers, Dr's appointments or hospital appointments. This made the recovery from my procedures so much easier.
The staff are amazing around, from the Destination Beauty staff to the Dr's, to the hospital staff and they are a pleasure to deal with always.
The one area that could be improved on would be the after care information and giving patients an idea on what to expect during the process leading up to the surgery, what to expect day of surgery and what to expect after the surgery, this information would be very helpful for people coming over for the first time.
I was fortunate that I have been a number of times now, so I knew what to expect and was able to help guide some people who were here at the same time as me through the process.

The entire process was easy and straightforward. I was supported every single step I took and it was great not having to worry about transport to and from airport/appointments/hospital.
The nursing staff and Dr Ring were all kind professional and reassuring. Hotel was very comfortable and they couldn’t do enough for us. I was very happy with my Destination Beauty experience and would highly recommended it to anyone considering surgery.

The doctors, the nurses and the hotel staff make this experience exceptional. You are looked after by everyone and their care is second to none. I have had a few surgeries with Destination Beauty and will be back for more.

My surgeon was Dr Angkana and she was amazing!
I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered, she was kind caring and always checking in to make sure I was okay.
The staff at the hospital were wonderful. They would come wash and do my hair for me, always there if I needed and definitely put a smile on your face. I know I wouldn’t have got the same care here in Melbourne and I’m so happy with my results and care. Would definitely recommend!
