I've used this company before for my wife's car. I decided to book the platinum package for my car. $325 is a bit high, but I thought the techs did a decent job previously. The day before my scheduled service, I received a call from Pennsylvania letting me know they need another $250 because my car was too dirty??? Instead of the $325 advertised price, they wanted $575!! I canceled immediately. The techs essentially work for tips, this isn't a local company...they sub their services out. Find and actual local company that has integrity. $575 for a detail is ridiculous.

Alex did a great job detailing my car, beyond my expectations. The interior and exterior were cleaned and polished. He spent about four hours on the car.
Detailing.com gave me the option of paying in advance with my credit card which I appreciated.

I have 3 young kids ages 5-11, and 2 yellow labs. My Interior was a disaster! There were fingerprints, snacks, food crumbs, drink spills, dog paw prints, pet hair, drool marks, etc. - everywhere! Scheduling Online for same-day service was easy, and having the service done at home was stress-free and convenient. The technician arrived on time! He was very professional, his attention to detail was astounding, and he made sure I was happy with the service. My SUV looked "white glove" clean when he was done! A+++ service all the way around! Highly recommended!

Excellent company. Appointments and communications were great. Live people answer their toll free number. They also have a great support process for any issues that may come up. Will definitely use again and again.

Gotta say, things went better than I expected. Had a major spill in the car on our way home from a road trip. Was able to schedule that day and my car was detailed to perfection. Really appreciate the text updates and kind technician

gt lighted symbol was very badly damaged -suspect from high pressure applied very expensive to repair-never use again!!

My service was amazing. I have 2 kids, my car was horrible, and it has black paint, so you can see water spots and fingerprints all over it. I got notifications every step of the way. The technician arrived and got started quickly! Once they were done, they wanted me to inspect the work to verify if I was happy, and i was! The black was like a mirror now! Looks like I just picked it up from the dealership! Would highly recommend to everyone!
