Online order worked well
Ordered a pair of earrings online, impressed with the process and the speed of despatch and delivery which I thought was appropriate for the relatively expensive items. When they arrived I felt they were worth it, very nice quality.

Great experience! I mailed after ordering to the helpdesk as it was not so clear whether the order went through. I received a prompt email response that the order was verified and that the item was already packaged for shipment. At that time most web shops only send you an automatic reply indicating that your request is being processed. The item arrived the next day and, also important, it is as gorgeous as on the website

Great experience
I visited DPT Antwerp shop somehow by accident. My work mate wanted to buy a ring for his wife so I accompanied him. Inside there was a good atmosphere and the jewellery over there was interesting and fairly priced (in my opinion). Also the shopkeeper was nice, really helpful and patient. That is why I decided to get something for my wife, too. Overall a great experience. I can strongly recommend it. Thanks.

Easy to order
Easy to order. I bought a necklace two years ago on Icon of the Seas. I never took it off and last week when my husband was having surgery I lost it. So I came home and found the same one right away on their web page. Was so excited to see it was still there.I get a lot of compliments on that necklace.
