Ik had een zeer vriendelijk verkoopster die mij met veel geduld en plezier mij heeft geholpen met mijn aankopen.
Ik merkte dat ze dit doet met veel passie. Is eerlijk als je om haar mening vraagt. Geen verkoopster dat gewoon iets wil verkopen.

Awful customer service: I have been waiting for a response since the 12th June from this company and I am just being ignored. Since then, I have chased this up 5 times and no one is responding. Don’t be fooled into buying their jeweller. They won’t help if there is a problem.
UPDATE: The CEO of the company has personally resolved this issue. While I remain disappointed at how long it took for my complaint to gain traction, I appreciate that steps have now been taken to ensure the team has been briefed on responsiveness and accountability. I hope this leads to a smoother experience for future customers.
