Awful customer service
Awful customer service. So hard to get hold of someone and when you eventually do, they hold no accountability. Avoid this company at all costs.
Update: they have admitted fault but offered a voucher in a foreign currency so I am unable to use this. I have made a complaint as this is highly unreasonable.

After reviewing your case carefully, we understand that there was a miscommunication regarding the VAT refund conditions. In Belgium, a minimum purchase of €125 is indeed required to qualify for a tax refund, and we apologize that this was not properly explained in store.

I am always happy to visit your store at Takashimaya. Am serve by Joyce and the rest of the staff. All are very helpful and nice in helping me with my selection of jewellery. Awesome service I liaise more with Joyce cause I really like her expertise in my selection will definitely buy from DPT if there are more pretty jewellery in the coming years.

Quality jewelleries with a reasonable price tag
The sales assistants were friendly, polite and very helpful. We were there for at least an hour, indecisive, as all the items were very tempting. But because of their patience and also the quality of the jewelleries, each of us ended up buying multiple accessories. Thank you for great shopping experience.

In de winkel in Antwerpen werd er tijd genomen om in kaart te brengen wat de mogelijkheden waren om mijn ring te verkleinen. Daarna kreeg ik via mail nog een samenvatting van de mogelijkheden. Wat een klantvriendelijkheid, vakkennis en service! Zeldzaam in deze tijden! Bravo!
