I bought a Gloria ring online. Soon after I made the purchase, I received an email from the sales team, Zekel Thong, who acknowledged my purchase and updated me on the expected delivery time. When the ring was being packed and ready to ship, Zekel kept me informed as well. I felt assured with the purchase.
