I stumbled across this company while searching for the perfect pair of diamond earrings for my partner’s 50th birthday. To be honest, I was a little hesitant at first because I’ve been burnt by online shopping in the past. But after doing some homework to make sure they were credible, I decided to take the leap and ordered the 3-prong round diamond studs in silver.
I’m so glad I did. The service was top tier from start to finish. They kept me updated every step of the way and provided both the certificates of authenticity and a formal valuation. When the earrings arrived, the packaging was beautiful too, arriving in a lovely bag and a stunning presentation box. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I highly recommend them and will absolutely buy from them again.

I was over charged online for a ring. Then I noticed the amounts, called the Christchurch number, and its just been ongoing 3 weeks later, still havnt received my refund, its not a piece of jewelry, a refund on my card, yet its been weeks , if I hadn't of gone on thier website and checked all thier details they wouldn't have even told me I overpaid. It shouldn't take 15 days for a card refund. Theyr based here. Almost 3 weeks later the lady has texted saying, if its not there in another 10-15 days ill have to ring again. Be very careful paying large amounts online to this place, because its hard to get money back. It pays to go to a jewelery, because if something goes wrong, you can dispute it in person. A lot of these online platforms, for custom pieces you have to trust paying large amounts of money, it wouldn't take 15 days for them to receive a card payment, be very cautious of your order.

I had a great experience with Kellen. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without any pressure for me to make a decision on my purchase. When I made the decision to purchase, the order was completed efficiently and the communication re time frame and delivery was perfect. I received an email advising me that my stones had arrived in the country, then more emails to advise of their dispatch from the factory. They arrived just two weeks after the date of my order. Am absolutely delighted with my sapphire and diamond earrings. Great value.

The process was super simple and my consultant Lareianha was really helpful finding the perfect size and design. The engagement ring was exactly what I wanted and was very reasonably priced. Absolutely recommend!

I bought what I thought would be my wedding band from diamonds factory NZ. I went into their store in CBD and Anisha was great with the consultation. She gave us the option to pay 50% of the deposit for the ring I wanted, then pay the final 50% when the ring arrived in store.
When I brought it home I realized that the gold of my engagement ring (which was from Canada) was slightly different from this ring. I was nervous to return it as I wasn’t sure if I’d be refunded fully but was really happy with the process. Full refund onto my original payment method and literally no hassle at all. Would definitely trust this business with a future ring purchase.

I love my black diamond infinity necklace. The chain doesn't get caught in my hair and I have not taken it off since it arrived. The customer service was excellent, they responded back to me very quickly. The delivery time was 3 weeks. I am a very happy customer

I checked the company registration to find that Diamond Factory New Zealand has been running for a long time. I found the customer service excellent. Patient and helpful as I had many questions, wanting to get the right ring for my partner. I would definitely recommend this company for those who want high quality jewelry, have a month to wait for production and shipping and are taking into consideration value for money.

Very nice ring. Thought I was purchasing from a local NZ manufacturing jeweller but was surprised to see my ring track from Mumbai and resizing if required had to be sent to Sydney.

Process was easy, I didn't go custom made but purchased one ready to g for click and collect. Communication was good the entire time and the is good and as expected.

I found Diamond Factory as a sponsored advert, check it out & it was everything that I was searching for!!! The idea I had for the perfect ring was there; and at a far cheaper rate than any retail store that I knew of. I took a leap of faith & trusted that this was a legitimate business, my trust was well placed. Not only did i receive my selected goods in a reasonably timely manner (6 weeks), the quality is excellent & if I was ever stuck during the transport process I could reach out get the required information or have things amended within 24 hours. Definitely would recommend
