DO NOT BUY FROM THS COMPANY! I purchased a blouse from Dianasilk for $156. The blouse did not fit correctly. I returned the blouse with the RMA number written on the box. The company said I needed the post office tracking number. I did not have it. The company has refused to send my money back - refused to exchange my product and does not respond to any more emails. If they will not give my money back or exchange my purchase, this is reckless and irresponsible.

I have my order number - I have a receipt for the amount of $150 plus tax I paid to you for the blouse. I even SENT THE BLOUSE BACK TO YOU AND OFFERED TO EXCHANGE THE $150 BLOUSE FOR A LESS EXPENSIVE ITEM AND I WAS NEVER CONTACTED BY ANYONE FROM YOUR COMPANY. THIS COMPANY TOOK $150 Dollars from me and kept the product I sent back. I politely told you that I did not have the USPS tracking number. I went back to the PO after months of trying to work this out with you and the post office does not keep tracking numbers after 2 months. This company has my blouse and my money. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!

Didn't know this was an overseas company or I would not have ordered. It has been over 16 days and I still have no shirt. Surprise - there is no customer service phone number to call. The interactive chat is ONLY a tracking link, WTH? One link says delayed, the other says it is on its way.

I should have checked Trustpilot information about them first before ordering. I had no idea they were an overseas company doing business in the U.S. I don’t always have luck ordering from overseas. Will update this review IF and WHEN it arrives.

UPDATE: While the customer service communication needs improvement, I have to update my rating to five stars. The blouse is beautiful. It is made from a quality silk as advertised. The color is as advertised. The construction and fit are flawless. I'm not sure if I will order again but overall, their product was excellent.

The quality was just ok, not what I expected so I asked to return it. They said I would have to ship it back to China at my own expense, which wouldn’t be worth it. They offered a partial refund, but never refunded me.

I ordered a dress which I returned and was received over 2 weeks ago, I haven't received a refund as yet, nor have I been contacted by Diana silk

Company replied to me after I approached them several times. This case is the same as my case reported 24.January. Due to Chinese New Year there were some delays. They asked me if I wanted a refund (due to that they had sent me an incorrect object). I replied that I wanted the blouse as ordered previously. Communication with service desk was good. I have received my blouse now. It is very nice and the quality is very good.

Editing my previous review as well. Customer service has replied to me after the Chinese new year vacation and
has proceeded to sending the dress pretty quickly which has already arrived. The packaging could be better but all good. I have no problem if it takes longer to be sent but I would appreciate updates if it will take longer.
