Their Keys are working just fine, although it appears cheaper than directly from Microsoft; their key works by registering it directly from Microsoft. I have one registered in my account and it's been there for 5 years now, I can reinstall and uninstall and transfer it to another computer if I want to. I have purchased a lot of keys from them, I do encountered 1 error from keys and they replaced it, make sure you read their 30-day policy.

Windows install great. Mac install - impossible. I have wasted my money.

I recently purchased the Microsoft. I’m not very tech savvy. I called tech support and they were able to help me set it up in a few minutes. I was moving along. I definitely would recommend them.

Digital Maze has been supplying my keys for many years. They are always quick, reliable and quick to resolve any issue that may arise.

Somehow you obtained my charge information and have been charging my card monthly for 39.99. I have written an number of emails to the company that says they are a 3rd party and only respond to your subscriptions. I can't even get to your web page with out accepting all or some of your cookies. This is a horrible experience. You have been charging me monthly since March. I have so been charged 39.99 three(3) times and So far nothing has worked to contact you to stop.

I purchased the Ms office home and student. Have not received the key nor receipt. The phone lines are nor working they asked to send an email. I sent out 4 emails for 4 days and no one responded. Terrible because they took the money and are not responsive. I don't know how to get my refund.

I accidentally purchased the Windows version of MS Office 2019, rather than the Mac. I noticed before download and use of the product key, but after I had already purchased it. I went back and purchased the Mac version, then requested a refund due to my error. DigitalMaze responded quickly and kindly issued a refund. It was my fault, but I appreciate the courtesy! My Mac MS Office 2019 is running great. Great transaction.

I was choosing between this service and another. The reason why I picked this was 24/7 tech support which did not follow through. Very disappointed. Product on other hand works fine on Mac. It does crash a lot whilst I’m using though.

They sent me an email saying my review was “refused”, citing that lElements describing the consumer experience are not filled in, or are considered unintelligible.” What a dishonest company, I will never recommend this company to anyone. Their tech support sucks.

I'm very happy with my purchase from digitalmaze.com. I'm so glad that I found Digital Maze. Microsoft has Digital Maze to thank for my purchase. I was very close on deciding to buy a competing / comparable software tool made by one of Microsoft's competitor on another Web site (until I found Digital Maze). Microsoft sells their software on the Microsoft Web site and traditional retailers at ridiculously high prices. I am pleasantly surprised that Digital Maze is able to offer much lower and more reasonable / affordable prices (I don't know how they're able to do it). The product key / license seat and download link arrived via email promptly after purchasing it. The product key is genuine and the downloaded software works great. It's also great to see from customer reviews that Digital Maze's customer service, support, and response time are exceptional. My satisfaction and confidence in Digital Maze are high! I'll be a repeat customer and refer others. Thanks!

Digital Maze has been absolutely exceptional! I have not encountered a company with such incredible responsive, clarity, and efficiency in years. My computer accidentally updated to Catalina overnight. I awoke to a total nightmare -- during the coronavirus when I am entirely dependent on my computer. Nothing worked. I was locked out of all my Microsoft documents. I had to do the trial 365 just to get through until I could figure out what happened. Microsoft was NO ASSISTANCE whatsoever and were demeaning in their interactions. I took a chance and ordered from Digital Maze, which offered the downloadable version rather than an expensive monthly subscription with tons of unnecessary programs. Digital Maze first helped me to chose the correct product that best met my needs. Their step-by-step instructions on how to download and activate the program were clear, concise, and impeccable! Then I had the issue of the subscription service overriding. When I reached out for customer service, they responded within hours. They walked me through the problem and gave me again impeccable, clear, and concise step-by-step instructions on how to fix the problems. Then everything was working fine until this week something went astray. The customer service was right there! Now, let's be clear. I have paid them nothing extra for support. I have not bought any new products from them. Yet... unlike many products like Microsoft and Apple... they responded within hours! And again, gave me clear instructions. When these were not working, they worked with me to get on my computer so they could remotely assist me. In this day and age, this is unheard of! I am so grateful and appreciative. I will look to the first for all my computer needs. There is a sad number of companies out there today with such attentive and caring customer service. Thank you Digital Maze!!!
