Ordered a Disney keyring and received the wrong item entirely. When I contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, I was told I would need to pay the return postage myself in order to get a refund. That is completely unacceptable. If a retailer sends the wrong product, the burden and cost of correcting that error should not fall on the customer. It shows a serious lack of accountability and very poor customer service. I’m also fairly certain this goes against basic consumer rights, as customers should not be left out of pocket when a seller fails to supply what was ordered. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would strongly caution others before buying from Orbitkey.

not impressed - pre ordered a bag heard nothing - had to chase to be told order cancelled and i would now need to wait til stock came in or get a refund! No offer of anything in compensation and pretty much that that! i got a special offer with this order and they have had my money for over a month - really very poor absolutely no communication until you chase them.

Orbitkey issued my package via Evri :( it went missing on 20th December from Evri (no surprise there). I emailed the customer service email address and had a prompt response.
Ian was very helpful in getting the items re-issued quickly, he also kept me updated when certain items were out of stock. I now have a new delivery coming with DPD, unfortunately not before Christmas but still quick service for replacements

UPDATE: The replacements were shipped by DPD priority and have been received today. Amazing service

I ordered the Disney Orbitkey Sling (4L), 2 Disney keyrings and a phone lanyard on a Friday, this was acknowledged on the Sat, received despatch notice on the Monday and received to the UK on the Thurs, amazing quick service - my package arrived with my free goodies for spending a certain amount - all these products are brilliant and the bag, well that's just lush and I have used to already, it's perfect sizing and will be great for my Orlando trips.... slight glitch mind, as I was one keyring short - one quick email to customer services, acknowledged the next day and delivered 3 days later! the customer service, delivery and the products are superb and I would not hesitate to buy more from Orbitkey...so please bring out more Disney 4L sling designs! :-)

My gf bought me this nest v2 Star wars edition. It has been frozen for a week. And they sent the mail for it on 7th of May despite it was made on 3rd wtf ?

This company is a completely farce and needs shutting down.

Ordered 2x urban loop keychains…..

10 days later no items so contacted them. The very unhelpful “Cyd” assured me they would arrive so I waited 3 more days and nothing. He then promised to send replacements asap. 7 days later only one arrived…..

Contacted again to ask the whereabouts of the second one and they confirmed they forgot to send 2. Another replacement sent…

As of today (24 days after initial order) I still only have one item, which is incidentally falling apart and “Cyd” has gone very quiet. The tracking on the 2nd replacement doesn’t work and Cyd will not reply.

I will therefore be using my bank to claim back the money and referring this fraudulent company to the relevant authorities.

I’ve now ordered from Orbitkey three times both for in stock items and pre-orders.

I’ve interacted with the customer service staff a few times, both to report a few web errors and about compatibility of their laptop sleeves as my specific laptop was very borderline.

Every time I’ve had good responses from the team that show they’re treating your issues properly and not sticking too closely to a script, and have not had any issues with the products or delivery.

Great quality products and the more they keep making, I’ll keep buying!

Items lost in delivery. Have tried emailing the company multiple times - they just never reply.

Placed an order and it was taking a while to arrive. I spoke with Ryan, who was excellent and sorted the issue out very quickly. Products are great and customer service even better.

I placed an order almost a month ago, to date the product has not arrived yet. The first time I asked for information, they replied immediately reassuring me, but nothing came to me. now they don't even reply to emails. I will definitely take legal action.

If you don't want to wait for 2 months for an order and constantly chase them to make sure they send it, this is not the place for you.
